Name: Crux
Status: Napping
Personality: Mischievous, Playful, Mysterious, often Hyper, and Quick to Befriend, slow to anger, but you do NOT want to draw her ire.
Set: MINI, secretary pelt, crying idol mask, antelope horns
Appearance: Slim and petite in build with two sharp antelope horns adorning her white head. Has two small black dots over her eyes, a red mark on her forehead, and a vivid red stripe down her bottom lip. Her eyes are bright copper that shifts to red from certain angles, and her pelt is a crisp white with a black stripe running from between her horns to the tip of her tail, branching out in markings like red-tipped wings across her back. Her legs are black and slender, ending in dainty but wickedly sharp little cloven hooves. Crux almost always has a look of mischief on her face, and her lips often curl into a pleasant smile showing two tiny fangs hiding behind her delicate lips.

Favorite Things: Casting spells (especially shape shifting spells!); Playing hide and seek; Dancing; Dancing MORE; Running like the wind; beating the heck out of the meat-headed bully stags; Playing hide and seek... AGAIN.
Hateful Things: Bully Stags; moving s-l-o-w-l-y;

Abilities: Crux is small, agile, and quick. In a fight she uses this to her benefit and will often whip underneath her victims to slash at the belly as she slides by. She has mastered many of the spells in the forest and is able to meld INTO things, such as rocks and trees, in order to hide. If she doesn't want you to catch her your task will be harder than trapping a fairy as she is also able to move through shadow and may vanish at any time only to reappear elsewhere later on, laughing maniacally.

Weakness: FOG makes it harder for Crux to move through shadows, and in the RAIN her ability works sporadically or sometimes not at all. At these times she may hide herself away or turn into another creature in order to remain undetected. Crux also has a deep love of play, and can sometimes be tempted out of hiding to join in a wild dance. Crux also has a fascination with RABBITS and will sometimes follow them (or shapeshifted deer-rabbits) for no apparent reason.

Family: None.
Love: Also none. Crux teases and plays, but stays clear of love as she is rather afraid of such a serious emotion. Eros himself might be hard pressed to catch her heart.
Friends: Everyone. Except those who somehow manage to anger her. As far as Crux is concerned, if you exist you are her friend, unless you are her enemy.
Mortal Enemies: Because there is no other kind. You are either her friend or she will maul you on sight. With Crux there is no in-between. So far no one has made this list. Yet.

Crux's RULES of Hide and Seek:
Check our Game Page for the times she is playing & the current CLUES you'll need in order to find her!

1: Easy play (for fauns) = Pictograms ON | HARD play = Turn Pictograms OFF and follow the CLUES ONLY. Crux may be hiding just about anywhere - including IN things, on TOP of things, or UNDER things - so look carefully! She'll usually leave at least a tiny bit showing to make things fair unless a lot of deer are about, and will often call if a deer comes close-but-not-quite - so mysterious noises from nowhere are a good indication you've come to the right spot!

2: Pick a spell (any spell) to cast on Crux once you find her! This lets her know you are playing the game. Once you think you've found her (you're spell symbol should light right up, hehe!) cast away! IF you do NOT spell her but act as though you know she is there, she MAY disappear and reappear in another hiding place. ONLY catchers who spell her will be counted as a win. Crux will not hesitate to sacrifice her colors in order to blend or walk the shadow to remain hidden.

3. First deer to spell her gets shape shifted and danced on and then she'll be off again to collect her next spell and then move to her new hiding place! (If more than one deer finds her at once expect a crazydance party to ensue.) Feel free to follow her to the mushroom circle and play again, but...

4. IF you catch Crux sleeping in a mushroom circle please don't follow her when she runs off unless invited (foot tapping + head nod + trot off & repeat). It's CHEATING and she will lead you on a merry chase. >

She has yet to be caught unless she actually wants to be.

Alright, so after a morning

Alright, so after a morning of headdesk-ing the CSS is MOSTLY in place... However, when you click her alternate tabs you loose all ability to navigate as the bar along the top disappears.

If there is anyone who glances at this who knows anything about CSS and could help me figure out how to fix this I would sincerely appreciate it. <3
