Personality
An innocent, generally happy gal, Emily tries to be polite to others as best she can but she struggled with confidence and is very conflict avoidant. She doesn't like fighting, and thankfully hasn't come into contact with much violence in her life, but if confronted she is likely to flee rather than stand her ground. Trusting and timid, the doe loves to make new friends and interact with new faces and is very sensitive to how they react to her—if she gets a positive response oftentimes her high energy playfulness will shine through, but if there is a less enthusiastic response she will likewise be less responsive and outgoing.
Emily is a free spirit; she doesn't do things because it's what is expected of her from the general community, but because it is what she believes in.

It had actually taken Dinamo

It had actually taken Dinamo a few moments to realize what she thought was an illusion of her daughter, was actually her. She was caught off guard, but nonetheless overjoyed to see her daughter's beautiful face. After many nuzzles were exchanged, she took to grooming her daughter, rubbing her scent over the doe once more.

Pausing, she pressed her cheek into the back of Emily's neck, sighing. "I've really missed you.." Concern for where her daughter went and what happened, and how she was doing flushed into the back of her mind, but she bit her tongue and saved the interrogations for a bit later.

Emily didn't quite realize

Emily didn't quite realize just how much she needed her family until she'd been torn from them. Now, reunited with Dinamo, she could appreciate what she had so missed. The doe wasn't shy about laying close to her mother as she was groomed, needing the comforting touch like she needed to breathe.

"I missed you, too. More than I can say..." she would say softly, glancing up to catch Dinamo's response. But then...the inevitable. "Mom, is Dad around?"

She didn't want to bring it up so soon, but she missed her father too, and Em couldn't stop herself from asking. So she'd bring her gaze up once more, slightly worried about what Dina's reaction would be. Emily just thought that the two would be together. That wasn't too bad of an assumption, right?

A small smile crossed her

A small smile crossed her lips, when she heard her daughter's voice again. But when she asked the question, her ears fell backwards. That familiar ache came back into her heart, but she put on a brace face. Right as she was going to respond, Lucamo came, and the question was pushed away for a moment. She was even happier than before. When she and Emily moved underneath Lucamo, she returned to the troublesome question.

"Emily..", she started, testing her voice. It sounded strong, so she continued. "I..haven't seen your father in months..I don't know what's happened..if good or bad." At this point, she couldn't hide the sadness in her voice.

Happily following her mother

Happily following her mother to move under her brother, she gave him a quick nuzzle before Emily returned to the conversation at hand. "I'm sorry..." she mumbled. The doe picked up on the grief in her mother's tone and regretted saying anything. She hadn't meant to hurt her.

"We'll find Dad, I'm sure. Everything will be okay." Emily continued in a less shaky voice than before, partly to comfort herself and partly for her mother. She had to believe that they would see Anjali again, any other option was unthinkable.

"Have I missed much?" She thought that it would be best to step away from the subject of her father for the moment.

It felt good to see Emily again, of course, it always did. Even if Dinamo had seen her two minutes ago it felt nice to see her again. "Hi Emmy.", she said, while walking towards her daughter, smiling.
