Little hooves hopped from

Little hooves hopped from side to side, forward and back; the little deer would twirl and curve between long legs, her back brushing against a soft chest. It was like a dance when they played, at least in Ien's little mind it was. She darted out from under Graph, skidding to a hault to rear and laugh loudly at her friend. She hopped and danced, hooves tapping the ground to a rhythm that only her ears could hear.

But soon it would slow into a quiet lull and she could feel her heart pound against her chest and her lungs begging for a break. So she did and slowly closed in any distance between herself and Graph, pushing her head into her friends shoulder. "One day you'll be just as good as me." she said once she finally caught her breath, a grin worming its way across her lips as she chanced a glance up at the other doe, chin still propped against her. "Well, maaaybe.."

The black and white deer peers down at her friend balancing against her shoulder, curious at the sudden lack of movement until she sees she's resting, and then she stops wondering and smiles. Ien was always a little different looking each time they met, but Graph never had any trouble recognizing her. She'd always be the one dancing. At her words, Graph tilts her head thoughtfully, assuming she does anything thoughtfully at all.

"Well. We all have to have something we're good at..." The words were stretched out playfully, their meaning undercut by the grin she returns, happy. It was all play. Graph always protested when Ien turned their sparring games into dances, but she didn't really mind. Most of the time, she didn't mind anything much. Except when Bishop's friend Eraline looked sad, or when Ien casted the devout spell on her and it turned her antlers pink.
