Now, I don't want to come off as rude or offend you or your character in any way, but some players have been curious about your deer for her not very appropriate behavior. I agree with them, because I've had a conflict with your deer too.

I've seen that post before. I

I've seen that post before. I was thinking about commenting to explain my character, and then I found this. And I do realize that nobody can see everything that's happening in-forest. Usually, Rev does have a fair reason to attack, whether it's a group of jumping deer, or just a nameless/other deer following her around/disturbing her. But, since I feel I need to make this clear from now on, I did not mean to make Revenant look like a troll in any way/form, and I apologize if it did look like Rev was trolling. Since that post first came up, I've been precise on what actions Revenant uses and how long she fights other deer. I just added a fighters' chart to her biography, and anyone who looks at this page can see her weaknesses/strengths. I think TEF is a wonderful place, and I do not want to harm any deer on the game without reason.

I'll answer any questions anyone has, and I also ask that if anyone wishes Revenant to leave their character(s) alone, please say so.

But it was not only nameless your doe attacked. She also attacked my friend just because she was curious why your doe was rearing at a mushroom tree. My friend casted a mask spell on your doe, because she took the rearing gesture as an ask for help to get a mask. I believe that was the reason for your doe to attack my friend? If so, I don't find this reason a good reason to attack, honestly. The same goes for large antlered deer. If they did nothing to you, I don't think it's fair to attack them just because they have large antlers. Some might get very confused over that.
This is just my honest opinion. I'm not telling you how to play your deer. Please don't take this offensive, either.

I'm just glad you finally posted her bio and explained some of her behavior. (: I was confused over her actions.

Don't worry, I actually do like opinions like that because it helps me know how to play my character better. I'm glad that this bio cleared up Rev's behavior for you, and hopefully others, too :3

This is a nice character, though, for Nameless and Fawns, is it ok if you don't attack them? Even if it's IC we don't want new players to think people in the forest are mean and leave the game.

You have a good point, and I

You have a good point, and I don't mean to chase any new players away. Revenant adores fawns, so that's not really a problem there, but Rev does attack namelesses. Though I try to figure out first if the deer is a new player or used to the game (i.e. if they use random actions, or if they use actions like button-mashing), I'm never always right. Also, this post has a point too on why it's fine sometimes to use negative actions towards new players.

I must ask, why do your deer attack nameless? Isn't it better to 'target' deer you know have a bio on the community site, where you can communicate with the other deer's player and ask them if they are okay with your deer's behavior? It seem much better to me than being rude to potential new players.

But on another note, I'm glad your deer don't moo as much now than it did for a while. It was kinda tiering having to mute the game when your deer came. (:

And to answer your question, I do realize that it is better to have Revenant fight deer that I know have an actual community account. Rev doesn't attack namelesses all the time though, and I think this became a misunderstanding from the post where Revenant was attacking the nameless by her tree. That is actually the only nameless that Rev has directly attacked, believe it or not.

edit: I forgot to add this in my other comment, Revenant only attacks namelesses that disturb her or get to close something she's possesive of, so it's not completely random

I wasn't really referring to that post, but to your previous post where you said your deer did attack nameless. And even though I still not like her attacking nameless I'm glad to see she at least have a reason to do so. (:

Oh, and I don't know if you remember, but I really had a laugh when my deer Illrose and her friend Ravus pretended to be afraid of your deer. It was silly seeing two large-antlered does running from an angry mini, lol. xD

Yess, I have to post and say I don't find anything wrong with a character who has prejudices or a short temper. As long as you as a player know to make sure people aren't being hurt OOCly, and are very careful with nameless deer or deer who don't know you're roleplaying. Sounds like you are being careful, now.

It helps that she is a mini with no antlers (in the forest), and now you have a bio. Rev seems super interesting and I really enjoyed our interaction long ago. Smiling I wonder if Illrose and Ravus encouraged her...

11dollarbills: I think the fact that she has butterfly antlers/no antlers in-forest makes it more amusing to watch her taunt the bigger deer (especially since they don't take Rev very seriously xD)

You have a beautiful Bio !! I am glad Revenant likes to dance with Flyleaf though it takes a little time to convince her Laughing out loud . And i was happy she did not attack Fly Eye .

So you're the deer Rev was dancing with! I believe Revenant has met your deer before (briefly) when you were by her tree. And yes, Rev did have a good time dancing (though she was a little confused at first xD)

I was curious of her and therefore i went near her tree to see if she would attack me because everybody was saying she would attack nameless and fawns !! But i found out she was very gentle with Fly !!

Flyleaf's gotten on Revenant's good side, mostly because Flyleaf didn't provoke or frighten her the first time they met (that's usually why Rev attacks).

Haha, that's good. Rev gets annoyed by some of the deer that fight (really ironic though, right? Sticking out tongue). Oh, and I was updating the Relationships list, so I just added Flyleaf on as acquaintance/interest.

Sorry about that...Rev was trying to "stop" a fight between two other deer. I usually listen to music while playing TEF, so my sound is turned off sometimes(like today). I'll try to keep Rev a little more quiet next time Sticking out tongue

I know it's obvious to see

I know it's obvious to see why someone would get upset with my deer's mooing, but, if I haven't posted something about this yet, it's not continuous. Meaning that Rev doesn't moo on and on and on for hours. Considering my character does get easily angered over many things (as already explained), I try to think "How would my deer react in this situation?" whenever a possible fight comes up. Yes, I know that it is annoying to players and their deer when Rev moo's, but what I'm trying say here is that this is a personality trait of Rev's. I think she has already become known for her loudness during fights, and since this has been recognized, I decided to keep it that way. I apologize that this annoys you, but my deer does not moo constantly, and I don't like it when most assume that. I'll keep my volume on when fighting from now on, so in the future I'll know whether or not it's getting to be too loud. Thank you for letting me know this though, I don't like getting lots of complaints here :3

edit: I forgot to mention why Revenant got so mad in the first place. A few of those deer she already knew/disliked, and that's mostly why Rev was reacting so harshly towards them.

When most assume that? I'm sorry but I was in the forest at that time, and really, your Rev moo's every.. What, two seconds? It's not as if I have been timing, but surely if I can ask anyone else to perhaps be less loud, then I should be able to ask you too, personality trait or not. Surely I am not the only one who got a headache.
Especially the mini call is a very piercing sound.

I know already that many players have gotten annoyed by it, but since you and Ourania have come here and personally asked for my deer to stop, I will make sure that the mooing gets less "frequent" when Rev gets into fights later on from now (I know I posted that before, blame me for the fail to do so and getting a little bit carried away with my character).
