And as to the inquiry about Dampir visiting, I must say that might be tricky at the moment. Herla knows Dampir and would welcome him, but she’s still unconscious and two of the babies are very sick. Gehirn doesn’t know Dampir and may not be so friendly under the circumstances. ;_;

Herla was face planted in a pile of half finished cooking and medicine preparations. She’d come to work on some things when she’d had a break from the children. But had fallen asleep in the middle of her work instead. She startled awake though at the sound of a voice very near, a voice that sent shivers of fear down her spine. She jumped to her feet pretty quickly, knocking over a few water baskets in the process, her eyes immediately shooting about to find her children, when she remembered they were elsewhere at the moment. Safe. Her eyes landed next on the hulking skulled figure standing not far from her home, she’d expected to find him after hearing his voice but it didn’t stop her shrinking into herself, backing until her haunches touched one of the trees that marked the line of her home. The wards hummed through her and she reached for their reassurance. Straightening now, she faced the creature of her nightmares, the panic she felt in her half sleep ebbing. What was he playing at? Flattering her? She snorted. Loudly. The doe knew she likely had baby spit up stuck somewhere in her feathers and crease marks on her face from where she’d fallen asleep with her face mashed against one of her cooking baskets. Squaring her shoulders haughtily though, the small doe lifted her feather mantled head, her ruby eyes narrowing upon the blue beast. Didn’t matter. She was a queen. And this was her home. “And you Nightmare, are just as ugly as ever,” she spoke in an even measured tone. She knew she could outrun him if need be. But he was right enough about one thing. Protectors where coming already, she didn’t have to even turn to know that Ramsus was thundering up behind her, and wasn’t surprised in the least when a blue doe slide next to her side. Isiel. She said nothing more when the shaggy beast departed.

For the past week, I've been keeping close tabs on this lovely mama and her family. I loved the old codes just how they were, and that family picture was simply stunning! Sadly your new and VERY cute Herla isn't covering the text enough because I managed to be able to highlight the text and paste it into something else to read. Muahaha.

She's so pretty she can make anything look good on her. Even a potato sack.
