The wolf approached the stag
The wolf approached the stag with caution. Although he still held a strong grudge against Crucio, part of him still saw him as a friend. During the time Crucio let Kody vent on him, he felt slightly guilty. Now, after some time, he wanted to see what Death thought of him now.
"I really don't get you sometimes." His tone was serious, yet he didn't feel it.
Slowly he stepped closer, not wanting to be too far from the other. "Still hate me for what I did?" He questioned as his voice got slightly higher. The black canine was unaware of Crucio's feelings on what happened a while ago. He was rather curious though.

The stag eyed the wolf skeptically as he drew nearer, if only for his signs of aggression earlier. the impartial, disinterested air around him shifted only slightly as the other spoke, a flicker of curiousity lighting up his unmasked features. He exhaled a soft snort, looking over the canine from head to toe.
"What do you mean 'still'?" You think I hated you? Who told you that? It's bullshit," he mumbled, a faint smirk tugging at the corners of his lips; a faint sign of amusement, little more.
"I was about to ask you the same thing. Don't take this as an insult but what happened only happened because I let it happen, because I asked for it, and why? Because I deserved it. I don't need my antlers to back myself up. What's done is done, and if it made you feel better, I really don't care that you did it." That smirk faded by this point, back into a blank, unreadable expression.
"So. What don't you get?"

A large grin appeared on the wolf's face, stretching from ear to ear. Both of his ears drew back as he glared right at the stag. "Trust me. I still would have attacked you even if you didn't want it to happen." he replied, ignoring his first statement.
"I don't get how you can have the nerve to come near us. I don't get why you broke so many chances. I don't get why you wanted forgiveness. I don't get how you can talk to us like nothing is wrong. I don't-" he paused. The smile on his face quickly faded as his head lowered a little, hair hiding most of his face. "I don't get why part of me still wants to be friends with you..." His voice lowered to a mumble. Both eyes remained looking at him though, even while his head was lowered, he could still see the figure through his thick hair.
Crucio simply frowned in
"Contrary to your beliefs I wouldn't have stood there like I did even you did. I'm almost twice your size; my hooves are sharp, but not nearly as sharp as my teeth, which I'm certain rival your own. So don't get cocky with me, Kody. What happened happened because I decided it should happen. It wasn't a fight, it wasn't an 'attack' like you put it. It was nothing short of willing." A thoughtful pause.
"Yeah? I don't get how you can be so unforgiving, so quick to jump to conclusions, so fast to choose a side when there are no sides to choose between. I don't get how you have the nerve to lecture me on one individual 'coming near' another, especially when I came here first and foremost for my mate, not for you or your sister no matter what you think." The softening of his features was inevitable.
"You're still 'friend' to me, Kody. You never stopped, not since you placed that first bite on me up 'til now. I never hated you. Think what you want but I never did, and I still don't now. I still want to be your friend, except, I'm not questioning as to why that is. It is what it is. Both you and your sister are dear to me. I wouldn't let this shit get in the way, and I've changed things with others and myself in the hopes something like this won't ever happen again.

Kody let out a laugh at his words. "Pfft. You honestly think size matters? You really are foolish. Don't you get cocky with me. My antlers reach to your head, I'm practically the same height. Don't make up shit. You're not the only one with sharp teeth and hooves. Underestimating me won't get you anywhere. Though, I honestly don't give a crap right now."
His head lifted as he opened his mouth, clenching his teeth together. "After everything you have both done?!" he yelled, though quickly regretted getting so upset.
For a few moments he stood there, trying to calm down. Soon, his facial expression faded to an emotionless stare. "Trust is something that is so easy to break, but hard to fix. Don't you understand that?" Kody's trust was hard to earn, especially when it had been broken many times. He scoffed at Death's other words, but didn't reply, seeing it as a pointless argument.
The wolf huffed at his last sentences. The only thing he wanted to do was get revenge for what happened to his sister. Never did he want this to happen, being in constant arguments was tiring and frustrating. Plus, Crucio had helped them many times.
"You're still a friend to me too. Annoying and frustrating at times but...still a friend." The corner of his mouth lifted up to form a dim smirk. Unsure if Crucio would take offense to what he said or not.

"In fact it does. Death's a lot of things, Kody, but it isn't dishonest; it doesn't fabricate lies to suit itself. It is what it is, what it's always been, and always will be. If you didn't give a crap right now, you wouldn't be talking about it," he added in, snorting. Overall he found the wolf's temper almost as unnecessary as it was amusing.
He seemed unfazed by the sudden change in Kody's tone.
"No, hard for you to fix, maybe. Umay tore my back open when I wished to apologize to her, and to you, and even after that I was willing to trust her so easily. I'm not stupid; I knew, in fact, I expected she would do it again when I showed her that same trust, so I was pleasantly surprised when she had a change of heart. I'm stubborn. I don't let drama and disagreements break a bond that was as strong as the one I had - or have - with you both, not at the flick of an ear. If you don't share those feelings, well. Who's to change that?" As his words tapered off, he began to sound mildly offended. It was an emotion that didn't linger. Emotions wouldn't get in the way of this.
"You're a pain in the ass too, Kody," he responded sharply, flashing a thin smirk to mirror that of the wolf.

Kody simply shrugged at his words, not completely listening. "Don't give me fancy talk on lies. I don't really care. Liars are liars. Simple as. I'm talking about it 'cause you are."
The black wolf rolled his eyes. "Well some don't like trusting so easily. I think it's clear why." He simply replied, getting tired of the subject. "Maybe if people didn't break so many chances, I'd be more accepting."
He stared at him for a moment before walking right over to him. "I love you too." he said, jokingly. Giving him a small, playful headbutt.
(I swear that song affected my reply LOLFFF.)

".. But you came to me first," he pointed out, quirking a brow at the wolf. Maybe the fleas were getting to him. Either way, he grinned sheepishly at Kody, eyes narrowing; he tensed for the impact of that headbutt, no matter how slight and well-tempered it was, laughing roughly in the back of his throat.
"Oh how I've longed to hear that.. I never thought you'd share the same feelings that have burning within me for so long," the stag cooed, purring into the wolf's ear before clamping down on it briefly.

"I came here to see your
"I came here to see your reaction." he said as his smirk grew bigger.
"No one will ever understand how I feel about you." he said, as he rubbed his tail under Crucio's skull. Slowly moving round to his side, tail flowing against the other stag as he moved.

A soft, dream-like expression
A soft, dream-like expression appeared on his face. "Oh, baby, there are so many ways~"
Slowly, he started walking away, tail flicking against the stag's rear. He walked further into the wood, before turning around and winking at Death, giving a small shake of his behind.

"What do you suggest, McGorgeous?" He taunted, nipping at Kody's tail on the way by. Grinning and snickering wildly, he whipped around as he flew to his feet, prancing giddily after the wolf.
"Your girlfriend doesn't have to know," he teased, swiping his tongue across the wolf's rump above the base of his tail quickly before diving out of the way of potential flying limbs.

The canine's ears drew back
The canine's ears drew back as the stag nipped his tail, an evil grim forming. Though it suddenly vanished not long after.
The stag was lucky he moved as Kody's tail swiftly swung to give Crucio a slap across the jaw. "Bitch." he suddenly said, before dramatically strutting off.

He continued to smirk at Kody as he walked off, shooting a flattering whistle over at him, embracing the view. With a wicked grin, he turned and started off in the opposite direction, a certain bounce back to his step.
