"The wounds are old," Tandem responded simply, trying to hide his saddened tone to no avail. He huffed slightly, ruffling his wings up as he impulsively moved closer to his dear friend, flinching as she started to clean his wounds but lowering his head so she could get. "They just re-opened when I tried to.. fly away," he mumbled dismally, "I couldn't.."
Her ears moved up, attentive. She looked Tandem. • You... You couldn't... ? Maybe because you didn't for a long, long time ? You just need to learn it again... • Her heads tilted. He seemed affected. She never saw him flying, that was true. But he was a crow. He could fly. He just needed to be patient... No ?
At first he only shrugged, not knowing what to say or do over the matter. It depressed him beyond belief; he was a bird after all, and what kind of bird couldn't fly? Or maybe it was just because there was no leaving this place just like Liam said. "I don't know.." Tandem started, sighing again. "I'm starting to think it's because I just.. cannot leave this place. The forest is my birdcage."
She frowned. • Wait... You wanted to leave the forest ? • She turned some idea into her head, then, after a minute, she proposed : • If you only have the intention to fly INSIDE the forest, maybe you'll can ? The forest isn't a birdcage... The... The life outside isn't as good as everyone imagine it. Believe me. • She had some chills. She knew the life outside. And the forest was a paradise.
AWW LOL. ;u; Webby didn't /try/ to reject him, hes just all scared and timid and things, plus he was getting really tired and stressed from the day's events, ANNND Crucio was the first one to meet Weber, so.... You should of seen how long it took Crucio to gain Web's trust. xD Oh my god, they'd be up ALL night! I'm sorry Tandem took it as being rejected: but he shouldn't take it too hard. xD A week old bison's first impression shouldn't mean much, espically when he was as frazzed as the poor turdlet was. xD
Dina: FFF LOL Yeah. I thought it was something like that, but Tandem's just been really touchy lately for no good reason. He gets jealous over the stupidest things, especially when it comes to Crucio, even if he doesn't really show it. But I assure you, he'll warm up to him fairly quickly. And hopefully he'll get a little time with Weber sometime without Cru around, which is really the trick with my crazy crowface here.
Tan's crazy sensitive, but once he gets all the facts straight, he'll be much more welcoming. XD

I don't really remember much, but I know I had some good memories from then. I can't leave now, I don't know why.." Frown.

Well I'm certainly glad I'll never be able to have kids.. it sounds like that whole process sucks o______o er.. pain-wise, but maybe that's just meee.. but yeah I kind of liked how a lot of things in the forest didn't have to be explained, or make sense. Like dog-deer or dragon-deer or.. I guess any mix you can come up with. It makes things interesting!
