The crow lifted his head, perking up slightly at the sound of the doe's stuttering, glancing up at her curiously. But his dark eyes lit up as he offered her a polite bow in return. "Mm, thank you. I could say the same to you. I'm glad to have met you."
Why is Tandem ingoring Nat-Nat ? She is a bit vexed about that. It explains her strange comportement with "sniffing/nuzzling" Tandem. She wants him to react, but... Nothing ? :<
The some-what shimmering doe walked slowly to the oak. Her head hung down, hear ears lat flat against her skull. It was getting to be later in the day; the sun set and the sky turned pink. She would've usually marvelled at this, but today was diffrent.
What was waiting for her at the oak was more hurt. Probably not any worse than the rest of the hurt everyone had faced thus far, but still hurt nonetheless. Her own thoughts proded at her as she walked. She thought of Crucio's words, 'Until then, let's keep this between us.'
She had had no idea what he meant. It scared her a bit. But she couldn't go on seeing Tandem worry like this anymore. The oak was about a yard away when she stopped dead. He was sitting there alone. Not looking to worried. Not looking to upset.
Seh swallowed and continued on. "T-Tandem...?" She said. She curtsyed, as she had been the past few days when seeing him. She choose a spot to sit that was a few feet away from him; she still didn't want to be to close.
Tandem hadn't known what to do anymore. It seemed like more and more of his friends and family were gradually moving away from him to join Crucio and Levi. Or they were just plain not around as often as they were anymore. He knew he still had Umay and them, but when they were near that group, the crow couldn't go near them. Not if he liked keeping all his limbs intact.
With a heavy sigh, the crow rest his head against the ground within the old oak, feathers ruffling uneasily as he tried to get comfortable with no avail. He couldn't stop thinking about the other day, how his beloved sister had abandoned him to join Crucio's side, even after she'd been attacked by them just the day before. It hurt him, but it worried him more. He couldn't stand the thought of her ending up injured or.. worse.
It caught him off guard when a familiar voice broke the silence, lifting his head up to peer over at the equally familiar face as it approached. "Kas..? What are you.. are you okay?" Seemed startled and confused above all.
She felt glazed over when she looked at him. I will not cry... I will not... She thought. Tandem's eyes beat into her and she looked away. Tucking her front hooves away under her chest fluff, she mad a sound sort of like a whimper. This was going to be the hardest thing she'd ever done. When she looked back up at him, just for a second; she couldn't take much more, she thought about how badly she didn't want to hurt him. Anymore than she already had, anyway. Her heart thumped in her chest; so loud she was afraid he would hear it. Tandem was her borther. Shae hated to do this to him.
Her throat felt thick, her voice stuck. She'd hoped she could just get the words out an be done with it. This wasn't one of those things you could just... Say, though. Sadly. Tears pricked at her violet eyes, but she pushed them back. She would not cry. He wouldn't hate her, right?
"Tandem... I... I need to tell you.. Some... Something." Her voice cracked in the middle of saying 'something', hitching up high to portray her nervousness and worry.
The crow tipped his head off to the side curiously, obvious concerned for the small doe. He could see how upset she was, but he couldn't figure out why. How could he? He felt like Kasmir had been avoiding him lately for reasons he just couldn't understand or see. Had he done something to her?
Hesitantly, he rose to his feet and took a step towards Kas, pausing after she spoke up again. "... What is it then..?" He wasn't sure what to make of this. Had they convinced her to cut off ties with him too? Did somebody hurt her in some way? Many scenarios filled his head, all causing him to worry more.
Kasmir hated this. Making him worry. She needed to just say it. Move on. Leave him alone when he began to hate her. She would retreat somewhere. Never bother him, or Crucio, again. Live away from them and not bug them. Keep to herself. Feeling like this... Go away.
... Right?
He stepped toward her and she shyed away, pulling back into herself. It was then she began to sob. It blossomed from a whimper into heavy heaves of air and tears. She choked on her own words. "Tandem... I-I... I..." She breathed out in between sobs. Her words were whispered then. Get on with it... She told herself. "Tandem... Iloveyou!" She yelled, her tone and volume chaging dramatically.
She let her head fall, tucked it close to her chest. She sniffled as she calmed down a bit, banishing her sobs. "I'm sorry... I'm so so sorry..." She coughed out as she sniffled, tears still running out of her eyes and hitting the dirt, creating splotches darker than the rest of the dirt.
Tandem took a step back as he saw the doe draw away, lowering his head a bit, silently urging her to speak up.
Everytime he heard Kas sob, heard every pained noise she uttered was a blow to his heart. Something wasn't right at all, he could tell this much. It was pretty obvious and it worried the hell out of him.
But when Kasmir finally just shouted it out, Tandem found himself beyond shocked, jolting a bit as he drew back, staring at his sister in surprise, completely taken back. This was the last thing he ever expected to hear from her. But, he relaxed a bit once she started apologizing, feeling her pain and understanding why she was so upset. He'd been in her position for a long time.
"Kas," he started carefully, approaching her and gently nuzzling against her neck, "I.. I love you too, but not in the way you mean it.." The crow tried explaining, not wanting to upset her further. He knew there was no way he could avoid hurting her, but.. he would try his hardest to let her down as easy as possible.
"Please.. please don't be upset with me, or with yourself. It's.. not bad. There's nothing wrong with you, it's just you.. you're my sister. And.. I.. I don't think I could ever love a girl more than that. I hope.. you can understand." Dismay was completely lost for words; he was horrible at comforting, and he didn't want to see his sister cry anymore because of him.
Apparently there has been a mix up. Though it may only be known OOCly I feel it must be said. Gustiro never attacked Tandem nor Tengfei. Ever. When Dinah Moon went for Tandem I did not see her attack him. In fact it looked to me she was guarding him from Umay. Gustiro (and I) assumed she was being possessive of him considering she saw Gustiro nuzzling the two and sat with them earlier and that she was keeping him away from Umay. When Dinah attacked it looked, to me, that Dinah was attacking Umay not Tandem or Tengfei. Gustiro would never have attacked either of them and had he known Dinah Moon was attacking them (which Gustiro believed them under his protection) he would have halted his attack on Umay and try to place himself between Dinah and the minis.
When Gustiro sees them again he will be very confused by their behavior.
Ahh yeah, I can actually see how it came off like that, especially with all that chaos going on. I completely understand.
And I'm certain Tandem would rethink his judgement on Gustiro after he hears about that as well, though he'll definitely be confused as well. He's usually fairly forgiving, especially since Gustiro didn't attack them directly.
Nat-Nat looked at the little wounded crow. Worried, but still unsure about him, she asked : "W... H... How a-are you, S-sir Tandem ?" She bited her lips. The question was stupid. He was certainly bad...

The bright orange buck rested his worried gaze on the badly injured creature in front of him.
He was somewhat aware of the events that had gone on between his dear brother's,but his assumption of how much they were going through was probably not near to what he assumed.
The best he could do was to make sure they healed.Inside and out.
and with that,Phobos rested beside Tandem,bright orange eyes ever watchfull.
Laiia: The crow lifted his head to peer up at his friend, eyes glazed over slightly from exhaustion and long fallen tears, feathers ruffling as he heard her voice. "Would you believe me if I said.. better than I have been?" he muttered with a weak, uneasy laugh.
"Actually.. truth be told.. I don't know how I'm feeling." Tandem shrugged as best as he could, not knowing what else to say on the matter. Of course he hurt from his wounds, but they were insignificant right now.

"Mm, hello, Phobos.." The crow murmured, shifting just to rest his head against the stag's shoulder, nuzzling against him briefly. "How are you doing..?"
