Ah, sure. I'm not sure how well I can RP her, but I can try!

Aletheia was waking up. Waking up was always fairly sudden for her; one moment she was asleep and drifting, the next she was looking at some tree or bush or something.
Truly she had no gender. It was based on her surroundings, who she encountered. Perhaps she was female because of that fawn sitting over there.
Fawn?
Aletheia jumped a few feet in the air, rather startled to find somebody nearby. She studied his pictogram, drawing closer. Shady, she thought. That must be what his pictogram says.
Suddenly, she was behind him by just a few feet, blue eyes blinking. Her voice was quiet as she spoke, head tilted to the side.
_Hello?

[[Er, sorry, went a bit overboard.]]

[Thank you. <3 And don't worry about spelling! So long as I can read it, it's all good. c:]

_{"Are you alright, Shady?"} Aletheia trotted one step closer, not realizing that she had used his name out loud.
_{"Sorry that I startled you."} Her head was still tilted to the side, ears perked up. Slowly, she righted her head, glancing him over.
Oh good, a new playmate!

_{"Aletheia. Other deer call me A sometimes, though."} She smiles slightly, corners of her mouth lifting just a touch.
_{"Don't be too shy. It's not like we all don't fall sometimes."} To demonstrate, Aletheia mock-trips over a small root, rolling head over heels and landing on her back. She stands, shaking off the moss and dirt.
_{"See? Now we're even."} The fawn giggles, face returning to that small smile.

_{"'Course. Why would I call you anything but Shady?"} Having already deduced his name, the shorter fawn was mystified. Why call somebody Anything but their name?
_{"Yes, just fine. See? Falls happen all the time. Don't be so embarrassed."} She grins, nudging him gently with a shoulder in a friendly 'you-worrywart' sort of gesture.

_{"Nn, deer can be cruel. Hey, what can you do? I suppose just not listen to them. It's easier like that."} Aletheia shrugged, though her ears perked at the mention of another world.
_{"Another world?"} She eyed the fawn again, studying him. He did seem odd for a forest deer, anyhow.
_{"Oh, don't worry about that!"} Worrywart. Heh, he'd worry himself to death if he continued like that!

_{"How odd. Well, I've heard of it before."} The fawn shrugs, giving him a little nuzzle for reassurance. Must have been terrible to die.
