You would not happen to be the one he taunted at the other day? He was having a tantrum and wanted to be alone. I have been hoping to have him make up with that fawn but I did not take note of their pictogram so I am unsure which one he had scared away. Gustiro does not normally taunt at fawns.

The large elk watches the young deer as she sleeps; soft, delicate breathing, the inhale and exhale of life's sweet breath.

He finds himself doing the same, letting Autumn's air gently freeze his lungs.

And he loves it all the same.

He takes the time to fuss with the girl's ears, lightly though, so as to not disturb her. But that doesn't stop from him whispering ever so meticulously;

"You're safe with me. Sleep well."

He smiles as she speaks.

"Yes, safe."

"And yet, what is real is firm.

I had meant to post this the other night, but I did not get around to editing it until last night.
