Kaoori had to laugh lightly at the mention of Wesker, her mate.
Please don't take much offense to Wesker.. that's just how he is. He believes very highly in his personal space.. it's not anything against you. I honestly tried my best to let you know that the night we first met, but I don't think it came across any better.. I think I may know the enemy you speak of, although I am not positive, as I may have crossed paths with him myself.. if it is the same deer, he did attack my friend, the same one whom that deer was attacking tonight.
She bowed deeply, to her, a gesture of respect.

Kaoori did not mind spending time with those who wished her presence, as long as they were kind to her, as this spirit had shown. She'd seen enough spirits and demons lately on her own that he had not had much of an effect on her.. but that was another story for another time.

Yes.. I believe he attacked another friend of mine as well, and she is terrified of him.. although, when I and my mate confronted him, he ran, and shook his head at us. Very confusing and upsetting. I do not take well to friends being threatened...

He cocked his head to the side and looked in thought a few minutes. Clearly this was none other than his rival yet the strange non-confrontational behavior was something knew to him. Was he then a coward who would not stand up to a fair fight?

"I see..yes that seems to match the description. I thought my arch-nemesis would have more of a backbone then. As much as I hate having to chase down for a fair fight it may be necessary."

He pawed the air nervously, clearly he was not enthused at the thought of the possible confrontations to come. He visibly jumped when another voice joined the conversation, rising a few feet in the air and losing his balance as he snaps his head around to look and jarring his mask slightly to show the mottled flesh beneath.

"Yes, that would be the culprit and his modus operandi. I know he cannot easily do much to me other than drive me out of the forest temporarily, but I fear for those of you who still thrive. The thought of this..this.."He nudged his mask back in place by rubbing it against his shoulder and shook his head again. "This despicable cretin harming the sick, injured, and young is unforgivable."

He could not hide his agitation and the edges of his appearance began to blur and contort, desperately fighting to retain his shape. The points of his antlers softening and lazily being blown away by the gentle soothing breeze and his mask constantly needing to be pushed back on to retain his dignity and privacy.

"I..forgive me I get a bit frazzled when I am worked up."

He politely turned his head away from the two doe as he tried to regain his composure. It was not healthy for him to get so worked up constantly. He was a stag gosh darn it, why was he being so emotional?

Kaoori turned to Ama with a slight nod and nuzzle, bowing, and then back to FurFur.
She indeed is the other deer he attacked.. what can you tell me about him? And what does he have against you?

(also, does this deer have a profile? I've been wondering about it. xD;; )

(oh, no! I mean the one who's been attacking you two.. ^^; )

He quickly composed himself and turned back to face his two companions.
"It is nice to meet you Ama. I do not believe he is capable of harming another honestly. I have not yet met a deer that has sustained an injury as a result of his threatening displays. I vaguely wonder if it is just posturing or if he had just been chased away before he could harm another."

It was obvious the brown pelted female was unnerved by him. She did not recoil and run away screaming, but the slightest nervous twitch spoke volumes. He laid down in the grass and focused on retaining his shape. He was worn out from the day's events and needed to literally pull himself back together. He laid his head down and faced towards Kaoori.

"I honestly have little knowledge of this beast. We only met by chance when I caught him chasing after my so-I ah..mean a fawn. Beyond his recent sport of chasing me from the forest we have no history together.
I know that he is a spirit like myself..or that is not a good word. I suppose zombie would be a better term considering he has a physical form which I lack. He acts very oddly. I have observed him dancing happily with another deer one second and then turning on them in an instant for no apparent reason. He does not, however, give any other indication of mental illness that could cause such behavior."

This subject was a frustrating one for him. It was clear there was more to this situation than anyone but the Twin Gods knew and he was determined to get to the bottom of it eventually. For now he needed a distraction.

"I should probably devote less time to tracking him, it is starting to control my life." He cocked his head to the side and lightly chuckled, his only means now of showing a smile. So Kaoori, you have Wesker then? What is he like other than a lover of personal space? I do not believe we have met so I would like to get a bit of heresay about him. Ama, I would also appreciate hearing of your family if you are willing to speak. I know it can be a bit of a touchy topic for some so feel free to plead silence if this is the case. "

Kaoori let out a laugh, then explained what she could about her mate.
Wesker.. well, he is not easily explained. He's quite strong, and usually aloof to others.. but normally, if you bow first, he will return the bow. I think, that evening, he was in a particularly sour mood.. he also isn't.. well.. a very playful deer, if you get what I mean. Very serious.
Kaoori had to laugh again, thinking of him.
As for my family? I do not know my parents.. my adopted ones... they are wonderful. I don't know if you've heard of Yorres, or Mystress.. they are Lightbringers.. I have many deer as friends, and a few I would love to call brothers and sisters..

Although still somewhat intimidated, we managed to gather courage to sniff then offer a sympathetic nuzzle to FurFur today.
Learning that FurFur can take damage and feel pain changes everything...

Evergreen growled quietly, thrusting a hoof into the ground in disbelief. She did not understand this stag's strange behavior to this poor spirit. Was he afraid? No. It was much more than that. Nevertheless, she still shuddered with anger. This wasn't her battle, no, but she still found it her place to stop someone like this nameless stag from harming someone so innocent. He will pay for his actions if he is ever to cross my path, the doe said to herself. She swung her neck to the side and shook her crimson head, eager to meet this despicable creature.

How dare that spineless, dishonorable wretch harass someone without a cause!

She furrowed her brows and lowered her head.

I didn't want to have a seriously gloom and doom "I'm going to scare you to death and then eat your booody!" ghost. I figured there HAS to be one out there who just kinda took it in stride.

I gotta say, interactions with Virigil are the most fun. I snicker like the whole time when I'm stalking him and trying to hide Furfur behind trees like you can't see him.

I had them up earlier but then the site went screwy and I lost it all. >>;
