My.. past life? It was better than this depressing forest.

I did not die. I believe it was the gods that took me from my life and placed me in this forest. I do not visit the shrine without in the very least scowling at it. Same goes for that tree, but for different reasons.

I was the leader of a huge 'pack'. I was kinda like a dog with horns and a long tail (like the one I have now). I do not wish to tell you my species' nickname; it'll only give you the wrong ideas.

I had a family and a few friends...

Odd Behavior

Meila attacks the Tree whenever he passes it. He hates it more than the shrine.
Sometimes Meila "moos" at the ruins, usually at a gravestone or statue.
He always bows at an area before leaving.

The Gods
I mentioned before that I do not like the gods.
Okay.
I hate them.

Never have I hated anything as much as those damn gods! Damn them all. How DARE they take me from my family! I had a mate, son, and daughter.
This is all because of those gods.

The Tree? As far as I understand most deer hear whispering. You know what I hear?
Screams.
Death cries.
Any sort of screech and you've fucking got it.

Any attempt to stop me from attacking the tree will end in a fight. A bloody long one at that.
