Ravenflights broken body has faded back to the forest.
But her spirit has not.
You can bring her back. You all can.
For when the unison of voices, memories break through the void and reach her,
they will call her home.
For the next few weeks, Ravenflights body will fade in and out of the forest at this location. You may catch her and utter a kind word, a memory. You may post it here, you may post it somewhere else.
But then there are the words that speak with true faith. If you miss her in forest, you can still bring her home. Call forth those memories.
Help her.
But this forest is new.
And she doesn't know many. Even if, you have not met her in forest,
a kind word goes a long way...

A doe, deaf of the world
She started, her eyes fluttering shut as she drew in a breath. "But think of how Poltergeist would feel if she knew a friend so dear to her had suddenly gave up and vanished from this place. What would she think? What would she feel? What would her fawns do without someone who knew her so well, who would tell them stories of their beloved mother? You know her better then anyone else in this forest. On behalf of me and everyone else, including Poltergeist and Wuddin, their son and daughter who need you and I say this for everyone."
The doe took another breath, her opened slightly as she felt the tears begin to form from the corner of her eyes. "Come home."

Tobbie had found the doe
Tobbie had found the doe while searching for someplace to sleep. The darkness was covering the sky like a blanket. " Ahh.... little doe...", tobbie had found her lying there helplessley. She gentley licked off the dry blood with her rough toungue and whispered a poem in the blue doe's ear." I will tell you all i know of the forest.", she smiled and began to tell her all the good memories and the flaws of the forest that she knew of. Tobbie's eyes closed slowely, her smile stretched ear to ear, as she lay her head down. " We need, you, ravenflight", tears rolled down her face, her smile fading to a frown. " come back...", she rested her head on the doe, hopeing to see any signs of life.
I love the art. "I believe
"I believe we have only met but once, that I can remember. But I remember Poltergeist speaking of you. I know the two of you were close. I am sure she would like to see you return. And I...I would like to have the chance to get to know you."
"I think we've met maybe once or twice? I can't quite remember. But, I've heard about you, too, and...I know you're a kind doe. It makes me sad whenever someone is lost, even if it's someone I don't know... There have been too many lost. I hope you won't be one of them..."

and stops for some words. Although she has very little to say, she speaks a thousand words in her head.
Melusine is very soft and breaks doen at things like this easily. Eventhough, she hardly knows her, she just wants to give some reasurrance.
(also, I'm sorry for not using melu's speech colour. sorry for tiny writing. She's meant to be talking quietly and nervously.)
--
Melusine stopped and sat next to ravenflight for a while.
She sat and thought for a while. Something was keeping her there. Although Raven wasn't awake, Melusine didn't seem to want to leave. She was too frightend to leave her. Who knows what could come around while shes on her own. Melu went through a large list of dangerous scenarios inside her mind, she did this often. Always living in the world of 'what could have been / could happen'. A cold chill streamed down her back.
Something told her to leave, while the other said, stay and watch out.
She played back another scenario inside her head, believing with all her heart that it would happen. Although she was still pretty fuzzy on the situation.
Melusine faced raven again. Her glowing eyes focused on the doe.
"...yeah.... We all know that everything is going to be fine..." She blurted out nervously. "...You're here afterall..." she gulped.
Melusine sighed.
She picked a billiant purple flower. She walked over to a nearby tree and nuged her antler on to a branch which hooked the red ribbon with a star pendant on the end and forced her head down, snapping the red ribbon. She placed them next to Raven, just to let her know, she visited.
"I got that... from a wise stag from a far off land. He said it was passed through other deer until he gave it to me... I thought I'd carry that legend on, to you." She smiled quietly as she looked down to her.
"...Good luck."
(I don't like capitals today. )
The young fawn shook her
"Ravenflight, I never knew you...
But for those who did, come back to them. Come back to your home, come back to the forest. Come back to the trees, the water, the sky. Come back to your friends.
Don't go."
Then, the fawn got up on her hind legs, then her front legs, rising from the ground. She nudged the doe one more time, then disappeared over the horizon.
A few deer and a small white
"Beautiful one, please..." whispered the doe softly.
"Yes, you must be strong!" A large male stepped forward, his demand suddenly melted into concern.
"You mustn't leave us... The forest... Everyone will be sad forever..." The dove cooed.
"Stay with us!" A white male nods.
"You must be stronger than ever, like when you would run from danger when you were a fawn." The female nudges the fading body with her muzzle.
The deer lay hollowly by the doe, sending prayers to the Twin Gods, the dove fluttering nervously above them, sending echoing coos to the heavens above. None of them knew if she would make it or not.
Friend, please... Stay alive! ;-;
Pride looked at the doe.
"Ravenflight...
Ravenflight...
Wake up...
What happend?
Ravenflight..."

Iaurdagnire's walk was slow; he moved with a heavy grace, head held high as always to support his crown. Gradually his steps became slower now with purpose, until the dull sound of buckling earth stopped. He looked down at the doe, ears forward and taking deep breaths of the air.
"Ravenflight." He half-snapped, like one would to get someones attention. She didn't answer though.
Dag's eyes softened as he was all too familiar with situations such as this. Sighing heavily, he sat down next to her back, turning his head so he wasn't looking at her but out at the forest.
"There may have been more times, but I distinctly recall meeting you twice." He began, quietly,"The first you will not know of, so I shall speak of the second, first... The birth of Otis and Sterre." A smile appeared, for it was rare for Dag to remember meetings so specifically,
"You took me by surprise, greeting and welcoming me into the gathering as if I were an old familiar friend. It's funny, how we can know someone, without knowing them; just a name can spark tapestries of stories in our minds from what we've heard from others."
The stag paused, finding it difficult to say more to explain himself; he knew of many names without ever seeing their face.
"The... First, I remember. There is a dandelion I frequent whenever I feel I am lost - whenever my strength of mind begins to fade. It stands on the side of the hill facing The Ruins in its own beam of sunlight, and one very early morning I just happened to be walking near it when I spotted someone. It was you, Ravenflight, and I could tell by the way you were around it that you saw it as something special too, even for that one moment."
With that there was a long silence, until that same sound echoed from before, but retreating.
Thud...-Thud.
Thud...-Thud.
"And you would have been able to tell by the way I smiled, that I saw you as something special too - even for that one moment. I hope you will return to make many more of those... The times unspoken of are the ones that leave the most lasting impression."
"... Your a strong doe. And
Your a strong doe.
And be strong, to find your way back.
And you will..
Ravenflight..."
A tear dripped on the ground. He sat next to her, waiting.

He said softly.
He could sense that something had gone from this doe....she had lost something...something from within...

He tried to stay as close as he could.

As she reached the spot in front of here, where the doe laid on the ground, looking like she was asleep, Trees walked up to her and settled next to the sleeping body.
"Huh...where should I start....I know there are not that much memories that we share. Some yes, little moments like the one when the danced over the meadow in that heavy rain. Remember? How we dashed through the water droplets, while others were looking for shelter? How we laughed then? Or remember the birth of Polt's children....a...rather sad memory...but still a precious one after all." Trees thought for a moment before she looked down to the silent form. "Hmm....there is one memory, shich you might don't recall....maybe because you never knew at that point it was me....but when I came to this forest, it was strange....I wasn't noticed by anyone.....anyone, but you....at that time I changed my look so many times, because the forest magic was amazing and breath taking for me. But you seem to know at that time who I were, always. You showed me around and introduced me to many deer... deer that never looked at me before, because I was new to them. I want to thank you for that. Thank you for being there. For teaching us and showing us the way. I want you to stay here, to come back because there are so many others now that need, guidance....and I know nobody who is better for that job than you."
With that the Kabuki pelted fell silent again, looking around for a while. It was, hard she didn't want to loose someone again, not in this short amount of time. Turning her head to the blue mass next to her, she settled it on the others back. Maybe a little warm would help... maybe....
...hopefully.
What nature divides, the spirit unites.
