Here and Deviant Art I love because you guys are such amazing artists... (*-*) I'd throw something of my own up every once in a while but I've no graphics tablet (or scanner unless school's in); but anyways xD I didn't make this to rant about my incredible lack of technology:
I've searched around for anyone taking in requests but they're all closed or too overwhelmed for me to even have a chance at squeezing myself in. And I'm sure that there are tons of artists still out here that I haven't seen yet.

I'm sorry for pestering everyone with my questions, but what are voices for? I've noticed that on many many bios and updater blogs there's a category called 'voice' and it's either a color or a video. What is it for?

I was just wondering since I've often come across you guys talking about having hot-keys for actions and it really confuzzles me.
