Date of birth: He doesn't remember his birth. In fact, he doesn't seem to quite remember anything before he bumped his head...

Sleeping place

He always sleeps in the Blue Bowl, because he's afraid something will kill him in his sleep. He is small, so the tall grass hides him completely, and Dareh can sleep without worrying about anything getting him.

History

He doesn't really remember much. But his past wasn't really dramatic or anything- he was just a Dik-dik, living in the real world. He had a regular family- a mother, a father, and a young sister. One day the family was just wandering around when suddenly Dareh's sister started chasing a butterfly and ran out of their sight. His parents tried calling for her. His mother said, "Dareh, go get your sister." Dareh obeyed and started calling out his sister's name, chasing after her. He ran into a big forest of tall grass, so he didn't really know where he was going. Then the tall grass stopped... and so did Dareh. As the dust from the stop disappeared, Dareh looked in front of him... a cliff. Suddenly he heard a crack, and then started to fall down... down... down... into a magic portal that led to an Endless Forest. After the bump he didn't remember anything, so he just started to wander around the Endless Forest... And Dareh will never, ever remember what happened before he entered this world.

But don't worry, only his memory has been lost. He still has his personality, and remembers his name, too...

Personality

He is very hyper... he just loves to run around in circles for no reason. He also loves to jump, too. He is very nice and sweet... and also can be annoying, too. Don't try to bother him. Just tell him to leave you alone. He is a scaredy-cat, so if you try to attack... he runs away, and won't really be your friend anymore. He also stutters a lot.

Build

Because he is small, he is very fast and can dodge quickly from blows. He can hide under really crunched-up spaces. He can also hide, too. But being small is a downside, too. If Dareh was in a fight with an angry bull moose, he will die. He can't do much damage... his hooves won't really do anything, and his little antlers will only leave a cut. This is why he runs away from a fight - he knows he's defenseless, and certainly will die. However, he can attack fawns and other Dik-diks (or any small deer, really) - but he would never hurt a fawn, and he will only attack another if he gets really angry with him. He also gets stepped on by bigger deer a lot.

Dareh doesn't have a family... well technically he does, but he has no memory of them. He considers close friends his "family", since he doesn't know who his mother or father is.
