End of January 2016
Has been, for some time now, putting off speaking to his mother. Keeping his distance for his family's sake, finding himself...okay with the situation. A few days ago however, decided to get closer but ended up just...falling asleep because that's what Soli's characters do. Definitely aware of Abby's presence and thankful for his young aunts personality. Hoping to become more confident so he can keep his promise to his aunt.

December 26th, 2016
Returned to the forest with his sister, Colette in tow. The girl had recovered from her nightmares (thanks to the help of a witch Helios has been tirelessly working for), and it was time for her to go back to where she belonged.

Upon entering, went to Zaf's tree and Theo's grave, assuming the Oryx would be there, but she wasn't. Noted her in the distance, but left his gifts at the tree anyway, because some anxiety was settling in. Put Theo's charm on his grave, Colette doing the same with her scarf, and followed the small girl to where their mother was.

It seemed like their mother had taken up a new residence, well in sight of Theo's grave. Perhaps the closeness was too much? Didn't know, but urged Colette on as he stood by a tree, knowing full well that his and Colettes sudden return might be a bit stressful.

Listened to their conversation (more like straining his ears because hes freaking exhausted), and felt a bit more distressed at his mothers words, or what little he could hear. She sounded a bit delirious and confused, but that ended pretty quickly when the caribou came to give her daughter a hug.

And then a little body came toddling out of the new den. Confused at first, but after a moment of staring, knew that the tiny creature was his new sibling. Learned that there were three, and that Alina was distant. Felt reassured when Colette accepted them. Felt proud of his little sister, though at the same time sad, because he knew how much she wanted Theo and Alina.

Sat in the distance for a time, until approached by a hooved Canine (Brille). When his mother bolted out at him in a mock charge and Brille turned to meet her with a headshake, put two and two together that the two knew each other, and that they were perhaps...friends!? Bolted away simply because he didn't want to stress his mother out more, but also he did not want to strain such a rare and needed friendship for his mother.

Ran off to the Gods, where he zoomed past Niki before the male caught up to him. Greeted him of course, (and Niki showed off his cute child Lek), before sitting down and resting behind the statues. Stayed like that for a while when his aunt came over.

Spoke to his Aunt for a few moments, ensuring that he was alright and that he didn't hold anything against his mother. Promised that he would talk to his mother, just not now. He wanted her to relax and care for his new siblings. After Abby left, promptly passed out.

October 16th, 2016
Had been living out of the forest for a time. Only coming in to visit but otherwise no longer living within the forest. A short time ago during one of his brief visits, learned of his brothers passing, and was given custody of Colette. Never really got to mourn of his brother considering he was now Colettes guardian, but did have a period of fluctuating feelings. At first, grief, than anger...towards his mother. He knew the violence that surrounded her, and he was damn sure that whatever happened was because of her. But then, very shortly after that, remembered that most of said violence was not even her doing. And he'd be damned to blame her for Theos death, as she would do anything to protect her children. She did for him, and he'd never forget crying over her dead body.

But that process only lasted maybe a couple of hours. Colette was in no condition for him to mull over his own feelings. Found out very quickly the extent of her trauma, which mostly manifested itself in a series of nightmares when she slept. Apparently coming to the world he had been living in made this worse...great. Promptly moved to the border between this world and the Endless Forest, and founded a small territory to call their own.

She had also become selectively mute, eating very little, and sleeping often...but not actually getting sleep. It's complicated. He couldn't blame her though. This was how she was dealing with her brothers death. He was stronger than that to move on, but not everyone can be like him.

Vowed to try to get her nightmares to cease, as well as check in on his mother on a weekly basis and let her know what is going on her daughter.

Despite everything...confident that everything will work out. That's what a Knight has to be, and he'd be damned if he wasn't.

Left the forest for a time, keeping himself away from his siblings, Colette in particular. Realized how fatherly he felt, and kinda brokenhearted after being told off by his mother. Doesn't really...have feelings towards anyone, unable to understand how to live his life for himself. SO uh...went to the human world.

As a being of a more human-like mind, was not exactly accepted among true caribou, though was able to watch their actions. Was unable to really understand their feral nature, but stayed none the less.

After days turned to weeks that turned into months, felt disheartened and decided to return to the forest. The rut would be starting soon, and perhaps there he would find a chance at love. A chance to have a family of his own.

Also totally didn't know of his mothers death. Won't that be a kicker...

Long story short, was told to stop helping his mother raise his siblings. And that he needed to live his own life. Cue rethinking his life. Had vowed to keep his mother safe, as well as his siblings, since he had gone and returned from Svelorika (sp?). Kinda....unsure how to spar or even show Theo how to impress the ladies. DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO IMPRESS THE LADIES HIMSELF.

So sat in the pond moping and staring at the water rethinking his life because wtf do I do now.

Mostly self absorbed, kinda numb due to many things. Keeps on a happy face for his mother and siblings, but inwardly rather...uncertain about the forest. Noted his personality differences between himself and his mother, which isn't either of their faults but it does no good in some situations. Regardless, stays close to the den, staying quiet and passive. When not at the den, wandering around the forest aimlessly. What's this Helios? Finally realizing you're a goddamn adult male in his prime with no lady? 8|
