I was thinking today, wow Shoe don't you remember that day where there 12 "fawns" running around with you (although most of them were actually stags). It was the day before Shoe became a stag so it was a nice birthday present like day for him. I thought I'd post a few "remembering pics" just because I can .


I think this is the first time Shoe and Kai ever played together Kai and his mini fawn self. We were both still wee fawns then, awwww the baby pics.


And look at that little streach fawn we had going.

And he we all are sitting, there were many more fawns present on this day and I wish I could have gotten pictures of everyone but then eh, what can you do.


It was the first time Shoe hung out much with LK too.


and even Cyric enjoyed the festivities of fawn day.

Wow, the new community site looks nice! I guess now I have a place to post Treebuck's antics when I get myself settled and back into the forest. I'll warn everyone right now, I may spend more time here now than in the forums and such, so I suppose you'll all have to keep up with me here off and on.

First notice I'm going to post is a note that I just started a new job recently, so while I adjust to my shift and such, I will be scarce still. I do plan to boot Tree back into the forest eventually, I promise! I've been a little more caught up with art comissions (they're closed right now while I finish some up and get settled - stay tuned, I'm considering a total overhaul of my website!) and with roleplaying... and, admittedly, with Wolfquest. Even though it leaves something to be desired at the moment. I have hopes for it though. Even if I do think they shoulda hired ToT to do it. Could you imagine? Amazing graphics with low requirements. <3 Nobody else but these guys have succeeded at that so far, so Michael and Aureia, hats off to you and your team!

If you guys ever consider making a wolf game, I'd even pay for it (one time fee more likely than monthly... I'm not made of money XD).

ANYWAY, I know I'll wander my way back into TEF eventually here. I'm just sorta preoccupied. And I will admit to sorta taking out my aggressions by killing elk like mad in WQ.

ANYWAY. Community site looks good so far. I'm sure I'll be around.

As you may be aware, I take a lot of screenshots in the forest and upload them as "candid" photos (also known as wildlife photography).

What you might not have known is that I do a little photography in real life.

So for your enjoyment, I've decided to upload two sets of zoo/park deer that I have taken:

Set one = Mobile Zoo, Alabama, USA.

I will divide these into two "groups" - the whitetail deer and the mule deer.

Whitetail deer - these deer were shy and never came close except when being fed. There were several does and at least one stag.





















Mule deer - there were actually two of them, but one never got up. The other, however, was the friendliest deer I've ever met. He followed me around, constantly stomping his feet and looking around. I got to feed him peanuts, and later learned that he'll lick your hand if you reached into the cage.

I saw Sockpuppie do something like this so I wanted to post mine.

Here are all of my avatars I've used on the forums and their descriptions:



The very first avatar, based on the first enchantments Quad got while he was a Phase 2 deer. He got the mask and antlers that he generally wears today, but the pelt was different from his usual black and white pelt.



The re-made avatar with the correct pelt, and one of the first screenshots of Quad with this look.



The "WooHoo" avatar. When I downloaded the more recent version of the game, Quad reverted to a fawn and lost his enchantments, so I changed my avatar to a fawn. He was wearing his traditional red petals on his head, and the avatar shows him running/flying over the pond.



My "christmas" avatar, although I changed it before Christmas. This was a deer taken from a clip from the animated movie "Eight Crazy Nights".



A dumb avatar I made when Quad finally grew up and I got his look back. It depicts him stepping on Kaicow while she was transformed into a bat, but of course I didn't include her pictogram and instead it states, "You in bat form".



The "Butt Sniffer" avatar, which was only used for a day or two before being changed. Quad doesn't butt sniff anymore so this was a pointless avatar. I believe the "butt" belongs to Cyric in the avatar.

Bell and Vala are currently engrossed in a mushroom circle, mini deer is the goal.

Vala's got hers, but she's being extremely patient with Bell who can only seem to attain the shapes of forest critters. Think small, Bell, just not that small!

This blog will put my nuzzle points at 95, I'm excited. However!, I can't tell where I'm at, rank-wise, because the players list now goes by recent log ins. Woe.

I also doodled a little picture of Bell using her avatar on the forums as reference. I'm.. attempting to make it into pixel art, but jpeg keeps blurring everything and I don't have the patience to do it all in one shot :(~, yes that's drool.

Also, I dropped a can on my nail at work and now it's a slightly purple tinted color and hurts when I type. Thankfully, I've mastered chicken pecking and only use it occassionally :B, but it's still super painful whenever I use to it backspace and hit enter.

I SEE BONNAN.

EDIT!; Two seconds after posting this, Bell got mini-ed. Also, I decided to screw pixeling because it takes too long, so down below is a very rough outline of Bellll, based on her forum avatar. Excuse the bad art, I took all of five minutes to draw it, lol :,(

Bell was sorely unhappy to find that she wouldn't be able to make the Abiogenesis. At the moment her eyes are glued to the forum, feasting on all of the screen shots and giving me the occassional glare.

I had to work tonight, my time anyway, and I'm sad to admit that the occassion didn't even cross my mind as I dealt with soccer moms and their $200 grocery loads >.>

So I convinced my mom to let me stay up a while longer, despite finals tomorrow, so Bell's going to see if there's any after parties and pick her way around empty beer bottles and the such. Maybe Watermelon and Ghost aren't passed out.
