The end 8D

Worst day ever, it was horrible and I never wanna do it again.

...

Ogosh where to start! xD I'm sure many of you guys knew Dag and I met yesterday somewhere really pretty in england. And yet we decided the first stop of the day would be the Car Wash.
You see, Dag takes terrible care of her car and we could barely see out the windows!
... Alrighty that was a little exaggerated. But that didn't stop her driving from being scary! :B
Well I think the highlight of our first visit would have to be the Pick up truck ahead of us. You see, there is no roof above their boots, so as it left the wash (we were just nearing the end of the wash by then), Dag and I laughed about how the water in the boot was pouring out from between every gap it could find.
Fail? I think so!

So with the car now clean and sparkly shiny, we headed off to our next destination - Dag's home, where I met the famous Smudgie!
For those who don't know, Smudgie is Dag's house rabbit, and he is an absolute darling. <3 Even with his orange carrot'd face. He hopped back and forth between us demanding that we fussed him over. xD Aww!

Eventually (and much to Smudger's dismay), we decided to leave to Wellington Country Park. She had told me of it a few months ago, and how you would probably end up "tripping over deer" there.
Well, we saw many deer, but Dag tripped over more tree roots than I could be bothered to count. 8D
I could not resist showing off my l33t undergrowth skills, and pointing out each and every tree root afterwards to playfully mock her. C:
We saw several deer there and quite early in the trail we were taking!
They were all pretty much grazing together. Red Deer, Fallow Deer and what I suspect are Sika Deer. We dared take a few steps off the trail to take photos while the Green Woodpeckers (and another type of woodpecker that pecks wood but I can't identify it by sound as we have more than one species that does that) made an epic racket in the background.
For the record, these deer are more used to humans, hense Dag's ability to get good photos of them. ^^

A short while later we came across a more open part of the park carpeted by ferns and decided to take a detour!
And it's quite fortunate we did, otherwise I wouldn't have stumbled upon the deer skull photographed above (cookies for anyone who can identify it).
It was laying on an ants hill, oops! But being stubborn and determined, I took the time to remove possibly over a hundred ants over the course of the rest of this park... I think Dag must have found that either amusing or annoying I can't quite tell. Either way I have this skull home now and will be bleaching it some time soon and posting better photos later.
We left the nature trail, and started to walk around the lake where we met a very friendly local who I named "Bob", he was a swan photographed above.
Not all of the locals were as polite and friendly as he.
There were a few Coots, a couple of Grebes, many more swans and a few ducks. It was a pleasent walk with only one detour when I decided to pointlessly drag Dag through undergrowth because it was there.
I love running in undergrowth, okay?! xD
After the pleasent walk we headed back to the car, bagged the skull and took off to the next destination.

Dag tells me (once hilarious) stories of a field (Bartley Heath) she often has her lunch in. With a few resident ponies and scottish bovines with "emo hair" as she described them. She also met her Roe Deer friend who was introduced in a blog she deleted (D<).
So we went there in hopes that we might just encounter him.
We didn't, but we found a swamp which Dag took many photos of. We met the residents.
And I learnt a valuable lesson.
I learnt that Dag has a protective barrier.
You see, I can be a mischievious and hyper person at times. I had attempted to kick a little muddy water at her.
My attack was deflected, and I managed to spawl onto the ground, getting wet and a little muddy.
How
humiliating!
So guys, never kick muddy water at Dag, it's not very effective. :c
I'm struggling to walk today because my leg is so stiff and sore because of it. xD Vee got owned.

After this, we decided to leave to our next stop. Approaching the car, I had attempted to kick a chunk of random green pepper at her, and missed.
Clearly I had not learnt anything.
We stopped for refreshments before arriving at "Sulham Woods".
I liked it there, probably my favourite visit of the day. We decided to "get lost" so to speak - strayed from the path, finding some branch built "house thing" (I've seen these things a lot in my past x3) on the way down and onto another path. (Dag missed the bunny who we accidently disturbed, baw.)
We followed this path that had a couple of steep edges, where Dag told me a story of this one time she attempted to ride a bike down one, and succeeded right to the bottom with a clumsy ending.
Dag human is mad, yes, absolutely insane.
We then took another turn to stray from the path back up through pines (it looked pretty), passing a family who were building another branch house upon our asent.
Dag took many photos up there while avoiding most of my attempts to kick pine needles at her.
We soon rejoined another path and started the way we came, while she was calmly walking I was flaunting my "agile'ness". We stopped momentarily as I pointed out a birds nest of what I suspect to belong to a bird of prey of some sort(buzzard I think).

We found the car park again, but I was reluctant to leave so soon, before we started to follow another path, we met a butterfly who just did not want to obey Dag's demands to open its wings for her waiting camera.
Not many of the animals wanted to obey her that day, mind you...
So yah, we rejoined a new path which was carpeted both sides with bluebells(?) that are yet to bloom, disturbed several large bumble bees, squirrels, Dag almost trod on a ladybird.
And we saw deer heading back! Dag spotted or heard movement in the trees, she then pointed out to me four roe deer grazing. The does were skittish, but the buck was brave. We carefully stepped among the trees trying to get better photographs of them, and the buck stepped out to check us out while the does kept their distance.
He was a handsome Roe Deer, three tines! Dag managed to get some impressive photos of him before he rejoined his ladies (one of which might have been a young buck). We followed them for a little while attempting to get more photos, then we decided to depart, coincidently heading the same direction as they only we took the path, so we met them three times in total.
How wonderful that was!

I was still very reluctant to leave by the time we arrived at the car, I think it was about 3 or 4pm and we still had time to spare. So we took a drive to the North Downs hoping to stop a few Red Kites.
Before we met, we decided to try to spot at least eight Red Kites each. On the train towards meeting Dag I was greeted by one, so I was one bird ahead of her all day. I think we've seen about forteen in each others company in total, and as another Red Kite saw me away on the way home, I saw sixteen and she fourteen(?).

Anyway, the North Downs, there isn't so much to say, we parked on one of the hills and walked up what was possibly the wrong path. We saw a sheep and a newborn Lamb, fox tracks slightly into more undergrowth, dodged a few cars and met a fuzzy bee like thing which Dag described as cute.
A couple of times, being playful again, I "Saved Dag's life"; I actually just pulled her away from puddles but in a way that almost seemed like I was shoving her in!
Her protests were fun. C:

That was our last country visit for the day, after that we headed back into town and arrived at a shopping centre...
I'm not fond at all of shopping centres, but we were here for refreshments...
To look around this place, I was in awe it was so well decorated! It really puts my home-town to shame. o_o
We would have picked up milkshakes from this place, but I ate too slow and we had to rush back to the train station(much to my dismay...).

I think the hardest part of the day was leaving.
I didn't express it much at the time, but I really didn't want to go. xD We exchanged our farewells. I tried to give Dag £5 to treat herself to something as a thank you, but it would seem we are both very stubborn people. I found it in the bag with the skull on the train ride home.
xP

Over all, we were blessed with beautiful weather, and I think we both had an amazing day out.. I think it one of the best days of my life to be honest.
Dag-human is a wonderful person. And she's so small! It's no wonder she has a big deer! xP
I'm really glad to know you Dag, and hope we meet again sometime. <3

I... kinda rushed this at the end, haha, my apologies.
But Dag-human will hopefully be writing the day from her POV in a comment in here C: Stay tuned! ♥

I'm the best driver ever! Regardless of the 3 points on my license for speeding... I worked out we ate up 90 miles by the way.

I should probably mention that I took 157 photos. I take at least 10 shots of each thing to pick out the best one...

Amusing and ridiculous! You see kids, Vee doesn't like killing things - I wanted us to go to one of the streams and just drown the buggers rather than her spend time picking them off and being bitten. Haha.

I like walking and being careful! And it is why my legs don't hurt today, unlike yours! Haha.

Ohhhh THAT'S why you kicked it. I just thought it was in the way. My reaction was more "wtf, why is there a green pepper here."

Why can I see Dag just walking through a path in the woods, and VCG just bouncing around all over the place around her? And Dag is simply sighing deeply? =3

I'm so jealous. :c I would

I'm so jealous. :c
I would love to go to England. I think I'd be really nervous about meeting someone I've never actually met in person before. It would probably just lead to awkwardness.

This confuses me, because the only kind of boots I know of are things you put on your feet.

Not far from it!
Haha, I was bouncing around a little when I calmed down. Waiting at the train station I was shaking where I was so anxious! Silly right? Sticking out tongue
But Dag's understanding so I calmed down soon.
It's funny - I may have been the bounce-a-holic but I only "stacked it" once which is neat conpared to Dag's love for the tree roots. Sticking out tongue
Then again, when I fell it was more epic than her little trips. *lol*

Did I mention Dag rick roll'd me in the frikkin' car?
I made her listen to it all though as revenge. (8
