This is a response to Who, and how?
If you have stumbled across this story by chance then head on over here to get filled in.

Seshi tilted his head and leaned forward to give the doe a curious sniff. She seemed rather familiar, but he could not place where he might have met her. She was far younger than him and not even remotely pretty enough to have kept him company in the past. She was small and plain with only a few visible markings. How boring, and yet he could not deny that there was some unnatural force causing him to experience strange feelings. He watched her turn her back and noted the defeated sagging shoulders and flushed skin around her eyes. He gazed vaguely after her and ran over their brief conversation in his mind.
She thought he was someone she knew.
Her eyes were red from crying.
She looked pathetic and defeated.
Poor thing. She must have been dumped.
He leapt from his perch on the rocks and followed a few feet behind the abandoned doe. ”Sooo…what was his name?”
He tried to keep a conversational and polite tone but could not ignore the strange thoughts running through his head. They could go play, take a few walks, fall madly in love and have a family. Kita would make a good mother.
wait.
Who was Kita?
The doe tensed up at his words and kept her head low as she forced a reply. ”H-His name was Furfur. I don’t know what happened..he was just there and the-“ Ah. that old story. ”And then he found a doe with a prettier pelt and eyes with big lashes and left you in the dust? Man what a creep. Don’t worry babe you’re better off without him!” The doe immediately reacted and swung around to face him, pain and anger written on her face. ”W-What?! He did not dump me! Hes..I don’t..dead but he can’t die I..You don’t even know alright so how about just turn your butt around and go chase some other doe! I’m not in the mood and Furfur is not a creep!”
Ooh. A feisty one. Maybe this doe was his type. He couldn’t hide his broad grin and watched the doe as she bounded over the ridge away from him. The best does always did play hard to get. He reared up and playfully bounded after her.”Kita! A misunderstanding I assure you. I just assumed with how you were acting! I am sure your Furfur is in a better place. Maybe a walk will clear your mind him? I will walk with you and you will enjoy yourself so much that you will smile! I bet you have a wonderful smile.”
The female froze in her tracks and he trotted to her side playfully laying his neck across her back and leaning on her side. ”So is that a yes? You’re very pretty when you walk.”
Her voice came out as a hushed whisper as she slowly gazed back at the large stag insisting on cuddling up with her. ”H-How did you know my name?” He couldn’t have. She swore she didn’t tell him..but he smelled so familiar…What was going on?
Seshi gave her an equally questioning look and furrowed his brow in confusion. ”You..said it?” She gave a terse head shake and he tried to recall where the name had came from. ”I..look I don’t know, but do you want to go for a walk?”
Kita gave him a weak nod. No, she did not want to walk with him. She wanted to find a way to retrieve the mask from the pond, but she would never be rude to someone just because she was upset. She needed to know why he was so familiar. ”O-Okay. I’ll walk with you um..what is your name?”
Seshi bounded around to her front and gave an over dramatic bow with a flourish at the end. ”Ah-ha! Forgive me I should have told you earlier! My name is Seshi. “
Kita felt her muscles tense up and the colour drain from her face as she recalled the conversation she had with Furfur in the Old Oak so many months ago. Seshi. That was his name in life. She began to tremble slowly as she followed after her familiar new friend.
=x=
Furfur raised his head and stared out at the dark. He was aware that he laid on a solid surface, but anything beyond that knowledge was foreign to him. He felt so weak, so cold, and so very distant from everything he knew before. It was as if he were perpetually trapped in that brief moment between his death and return to the forest. Except this time there was no light at the end of the tunnel. He laid his head back down and whimpered softly to the darkness. ”K-kita..? Where are you..? Can you hear me? F-fran? A-Atvana? B-Basil? Okay..maybe not Basil but anyone else?” He felt so weak and tired. He closed his eyes and surrendered himself to the dark for a brief time. How long had it been since he felt compelled to rest or knew of the temperature change? This was a very strange sensation.

The title means “Even a god finds it hard to love and be wise at the same time”
It actually has nothing to do with this story yet
These stories are very well put together, I could really feel the pain among these friends. I am a little confused about how Furfur and Shesi don't share the same mind or spirit, in a way. Is it that Furfur is not in his body, but still dead and his past life came about; if you get what I mean. Sorry if that's a little confusing.
(psst Fish I love the song you picked out for your response, nice choice.)
It is a bit of a confusing situation that involves some ooc occurance. In a nutshell:
Seshi was his own independent character made by another member of the community. She graduated high school and decided to study abroad/attend college out of state. She was a close friend of mine and gave me that character's pictogram to play on since I would usually play in the forest.
To ease the transition she had her character die from an illness and my character became the "ghost" of her previous character. The new character, Furfur, slowly created his own friends, memories, feelings, personality etc but still retained the knowledge that he was once Seshi.
A strange occurrence that will be explained later in depth caused Seshi to once again be brought to the forest instead of Furfur being present. An incarnation of him prior to ever contracting the illness was placed in.
Technically Seshi has no knowledge of ever being Furfur because he was not alive when all of it happened. Furfur is believe to be locked away again as an afterthought in his subconscious.
Tracking for later readings.
the plot thickens! =o
xDDDDD -forgot to comment
I will try to get a reply done soon <3 before the end of the night hopefully lol
These stories are very well

Seshi is so freaking fun. I was laughing pretty hard at the start of this. xD "Ah, that story." Oh, my dear boy... Such a silly.
