Yep, finally sat my butt down and decided to draw a decent face for the poor boy. XD I tried before, but it just didn't turn out like I wanted it to. So hear he is.

A little bit has been added to his background though:

Edmund is for all intents and purposes, a flower brought to life. That's why he always has them, there literally growing outta his head. So don't pluck hem, or he'll cry. ;.; Also, he does not speak. Unless you can talk to plants, you won't hear him, and he finds it quit taxing.

The birth:

Once long ago, when the forest was young and Gauds becoming few, there was a Heart giant who was dying from age. He had lived so long, that his very body was becoming that which he had spent centuries protecting: the trees. Now, he knew he didn't have long, so he settled down in the largest patch of red flowers. It was so soft on his old bones, that he silently and without pain faded into mist. leaving nothing but vine covered bones in his wake. Vine covered bones....and a single flower.

The flower, having nothing but withered plant life to cling to, feel to the ground among its brothers and sisters. A warm glow arose from the bed of red, and from the glow popped a green head.

Thus, was born Edmund the Green.
