I know no-one remembers me but I loved this "game" and I still do. What I can't grow to love again is the community. It's just... deteriorated into "omfg don't tuuch ma mate! *epixxx angeeer omg*" and "i r so depressereder" (exaggeration ahoy!). If your deer is not known well within the community, you're completely ignored by everyone. I really don't mind mates (one of my deer is/was happily mated away!) and popularity contests, but after being away for so long, it's too hard to fit back in- especially with the community the way it is. It's really upsetting.
I'm a grand ol' drama queen by nature, but it's no fun being the forest's ouctcast. (Although a few deer did dance with me last night, ohoheartwarming!) And the iscribble room was a bit... hostile. Not good, not good at all! D'8 Never again! *clings to private room*
OHOHOHO DRAMA. I guess this isn't the place for me or my deer anymore. I'll keep lurking here (and playing as an anonymous deer!), silently hoping that things will improve, but I'm not sure if they will. But hey- at least this great game's getting the publicity it needs! And I’ll never forget the goodtimes and friends I've made (and lost)! And deer-y puffball plushies are fun to make~ *brick'd*

It is hard to express my sincerity by only typing, but know it is here. Don't say "I know no one remembers me" because YOU KNOW that is far from the truth, and I am insulted by you saying that! Because by saying that, you admit the ones here that love you and know you and care about you are in fact no one.
I'm sorry if this getting too squishy and mushy, but I just want you to know in case you decide not to return. Art wise, you have always been an inspiration to me. You have such a talent, and don't you dare deny it.
I regret the way things have turned out, and I do my best every day to make this place fun and non-dramaful, just for myself and for the others that want a peaceful game. Of course I can't make things happen myself, there are tons of people here that aren't the people you notice, that aren't what you said in your first paragraph. Sometimes we just get barried because you don't make journals all the time. People like Redkora, Laruna, Ephra, Pega, Squeegie, etc, people that make this worth all the while.
I still feel responsible for your reasons for leaving in the first place. And I'm sorry for everything I've said and done, if that was really why you left.
You are no outcast Nem, because I am here. And you can't be an outcast if you have me! Sometimes you just have to ignore the bad bits to get to the juicy center of what it means to be apart of this big ol' community. I don't know if things will improve, but I know they will always be changing. And I hope you are here with us long enough to see it change into something you think is worth being around for.

Even though a DRAMATIC SPEECH was requested, I also did this to see how many of my old friends were still playing! It's hard to tell under the mountains of bizzare journals here. Nine people replied, nine more reasons to stay. At least I now know that I can't leave without fanart-bombing all my friends!
