How do you do those effects on the game pictures? I just want to know because I would like to mess with it a little and show ya. What software do you use? Paint?

I need help finding a voice to my character! If you can could you've clicked in my siggy and maybe you hear a voice clinging in your head when you read? And then give me a sample of it?
