Double Picto-please help

I just downloaded the newest patch for TEF and got it up and running, it was a little buggy (screen resolution isn't changing) and as expected, I had lost my set. soon enough stumbled upon that on the screen there was another picto identical to mine, at first I thought it might be glitching and made a clone, but it was moving. Right then and there I got pissed, I can't tell if its a glitch because the game just set up or if someone had hacked my account. I really want to know. I didn't confront the deer, and I didn't see it fully other than a picto on my screen, I didn't want to cause an uproar in case there really was a deer using my account. Please Respond immediately because I am extremely ticked off, I doubt anyone had hacked my account, but the thought of it is seriously upsetting.

This took so long because of my computer having a hissy fit and not wanting to give it up. ...but I got it!

in this picture her celtic markings are visible, the one on her forehead means love, and the one on her shoulder (which i may change or get rid of) is a heart.

trying to start my story of Seren off, im hoping one day when my art is good enough, to turn it into a book:) her name is Welsh and means Star.

On her head was going to be a star but i decided that in a later form which will develop in the story, she will be gifted with a magic once a year and so the giftee can tell her apart he bestows upon her a special pelt adorned with celtic symbols, on her forehead is the symbol of love.

and despite being a doe, she does have a set of special antlers, the reason why will also become clear when (if:P ) the story devlops:)

just sketched this and now linearting it:) I had to outline it in biro as the scanner is being annoying and wouldnt scan my pencil sketch:(

Non-TEF, but a deer-painting anyway I thought to share....
It´s not as surreal than the others I did of deer/trees, not sure if that´s a good thing or not. But atleast he´s cute? *shrug*
I´m a bit proud of how the face turned out even though the camera messed up details such as fur.
I wish we had antlers like that in the game... <3

Ok, so.. I've been trying for a while, now, to get started and going on a comic I have planned out in my head, but quite honestly, I have no idea where or how to start. I've tried and it's always ended in my frustration.

Can any of you point me to "tutorials" or any other guides for this sort of thing? ANYTHING related would be greatly appreciated, especially help with sorting out storyboard, script, etc. I just.. don't know how to begin without finding myself unsatisfied within moments of trying to get the first frames scratched out.

So.. help? Please?
