Wow, I could not have finished this at a more awkward time. 8( I started it a few days ago, before all of the, er, drama.
Lemon's been having a rough time, lately. Since I've been having some real trouble with social anxiety for the past couple of weeks, there are very few deer who I feel comfortable enough to approach. Ironically, one of those few was the Demon Gazelle. At first, Lemon viewed Walter as a pet project, determined to find good in his dark soul. Even after being attacked by the older deer repeatedly, Lemon was determined to be his friend. But the closer she got to him, the better she liked him; the more amazed she was at what a wonderful deer there was, hidden inside. What formed was the unlikeliest of friendships; the demon and the crestfallen angel. He kept her company when she was alone, comforted her when she felt miserable, and danced with her when it felt like the world was falling down.
But... Walter got a little too attached to Lemon (and Lemon, admittedly, got a little too attached to Walter), as the days passed; and when Seth finally returned to the forest, Walty got his heart broken.
Sorry, dear Walter. :c <33
PS, I figured out that if you put Walter and Lemon's names together, you can spell Waltermelon. :>
