Pff, I guess the idea came from yesterday when I walked home from school past the nearest church and there are these huge old trees growing around and I was just wondering how long they've been standing there to grow so huge. /random wondering.

I needed some practice on digital painting because I haven't done it for a good while. It's not actually even finished but finishing this picture wasn't really my goal to begin with, it was just something to mess with for a while to get hang on digital painting again. I'm so rusty.

Scanning through the many lovely pictures here, I came upon this most interesting fellow. The colors, so many patterns..... forgive me if fanart is unwelcome, but I could not stop myself.
Again, most interesting character.

Well, my art is still nothing exciting. :/ And this floof and ... slighter fatness ...
It's getting winter, you know? Yeah. Winter fur. I swear.
Hope it's acceptable in a way. .__.
And Blackhoof's picto makes a good crying eye. Why so sad? ;]

Using the transparent template from moss, I had a little attempt at making the deer part of the starry skyness. Nothing fabulous but it took forever. x_x
