I've always had the greatest respect for this story, and it's powerful ending - everything.
In my opinion, the most magnificent piece of art on TEF, and a beautiful experience distant as it was on our part.

Sorry this art isn't too great, took two hours at most and I've been rather poorly these last couple of days.
I also couldn't draw his face - can't draw human faces at all so I honestly hope you don't mind the angle and pose.
Also, antlers are death. xD
Perhaps he's looking down at something from somewhere high up...

Here is my offering for this week's FAT. I know it looks more gloomy than necessary. Feeling sick and watching The Mist while drawing will do that.

I did cheat a little and use a spooky tree photoshop brush vector by Obsidian Dawn for the background, though. I hope you still like it, though!
