It...is done. It may not look like much, but this picture has consumed more time than any other that I have posted here. Having said that, though, in retrospect, I loved almost every minute of it. Not only was I able to work with a variety of textures, but I also had a chance to come up with a background, something that I rarely attempt.
Anyway, this would be a collaboration with the ever-talented Tuhka. Some time back in 2008, (yes, 2008), I accepted a number of coloring requests and she had suggested that I color in this
flyingpsychomonsterthing for her. (Let it be said that I actually started on this picture late last year, though...with several extended breaks). In an attempt to make said deer dragon a bit more TEF-ish in nature, I tried to make him look like her character Quamar. I doubt that she will remember requesting such a thing, but I can hope that this may be a pleasant surprise of some sort and I hope that you like it, guys.
