Normally I don't get so elaborate in my pictures anymore, I get detailed but nothing to this extent. But this, this is something special and for someone who deserves something more than just a mere 'sketch' of sorts. I haven't drawn a dragon in awhile, and while I was reading Shalonesk's TLS (The Legend of Spyro) original comic I said "You know what, I'm going to draw a dragon." And draw one I did.

This is my take on Kumiko if she were a dragon. My thoughts were something oriental/eastern mixed with features of Western as well. The scales are a mixture and array of different plates and flecks to kind of mix up and meld with her actual pelts design. Which is why you see my array of circles all over, they were used to convey a break between the different plates but also a series of scales in many colors.

Anyway, enough of my Ramblings... Happy Birthday to ya hun. I hope this cheers you up, and it was such a pleasant thing to draw, I need to draw dragons more often but if they are like this haha you might see one in a week XD

Anyway, just a messy ref for Atticus' deer form, without the mask. xD lol He looks unusually serious in this. hahaha Maybe he's angry? He doesn't really get angry over much though. He's pretty unshockable. The only thing that would get him riled up is if you bothered Élodie or friends or children or something. It's never really anything involving somebody messing with him. That sort of thing. He always tries to solve things by communication. He usually doesn't get bothered by anyone. And, well... When you're 7' 2" and roughly 260 pounds who's going to pick fights with you? xD LOL
