This was a headache and a half to pull off.
Basically wanted to draw what a forest and group of deer would look like through the multi-spectrum Darkweaver sees in.
Considering his visual range, a scene to best portray his vision would be set at night or in poor conditions, where it's most applicable. In essence here, he's come across a small group of typically invisible ghosts wandering together in the birch forest near dusk.
He can tell they're ghosts and not living deer, because they give off no body heat which his infrared vision would normally pick up on, unlike the rest of the forest. The combination of night and infrared vision spectrums give him an easy time moving around at the late hours, especially if he keeps his 'normal spectrum' eyes closed (aka the backmost two.)
The four deer ghosts are clearly defined down to their personality because of their aura, which can be seen as clearly as their spirits.
Because he can see spirits, he can spot them easily even if ghosts are normally unseen to anyone else.
Now because of that infrared vision line, he would also be able to spot prey hiding just about anywhere in the forest. Really, there's no way to hide unless you can cloak your heat, body, spirit AND aura at once.
Magic?
