Ahh, I thought I'd share abit of my own personal life with the community.
I live in a forest, in a called a "village" (a nowadays village is a tight-nit community..usually in a forest next to a city/town, kind of like the things you see in the suburbs of normal cities, these just count for forests)
Anyways, in the 'village' we have these deer called the 'village deer'
Theirs about 50 deer in total - all separated into little herds.
The deer herds take shelter in the tight-nit community because I highly doubt coyotes are tolerated here, thus I see why they're here all the time.
They are actually very friendly, and people (stupidly) feed the herds.
I went walking today to find one, found a little baby and her mother in no less than 5 minutes.
enjoy.
