Current look of Sonne, the first child and son of Hirn and Trees together.
His size is currently about about that of a normal elk, but his Irish elk genes from his fathers side will probably let him grow a whole bit in the on going time period. His antlers also kept his daddy's size and color, but his moms genes show through enough to give it the realistic Irish elk deer look.
Fun fact: While most stags seem scared of loosing their antlers, he prays for his moms genes to show up sooner or later (Storyteller males loose their antlers around the same time as red deer, female while being in heat to not hurt the mounting males). He loves his antlers size and look, but a time in the year where his neck and body can rest seems rather welcome to him.
This pic is done on normal paper with drawing pencils, ecopigment liners and copic markers.
Will be later digitally relined and colored to correct some flaws and put this pic into his bio as reference.
This pic just shall you give an idea what you are looking at, when you meet him ;D
