And this is why I made my forums! I won't tolerate for such rudeness on my forums. It's a safe place to roleplay and post art without being criticized. Your plot, your character, up to you how detailed or elaborate you want it to be! *doinks on head then huge hug*
Amen. I think many of us feel this way, this is why I had to take a break for a while. I've been on and off here for almost 5 years (with an older character). I find myself taking breaks everyone in a while so I do have fun when I come back. (Which I always do come back because, well, let's be honest, theres no place like TEF)
I've been back for only a month and I feel the pressures of developing my character again. Blergh.

I think we all at one point had a bitter taste in our mouths about this place, or felt like we didn't belong or felt shunned, etc.
But try not to worry or feel pressured.
I went through a pretty bad time myself here, actually.
"TEF was so much better 2 years ago" may seem like a harmless opinion, but that makes anyone who joined after feel like a giant sack of crap. I remember when I was new and people were saying the same thing "UGH TEF was soooo much better in 2008". WELL THANK YOU I'M GLAD TO KNOW I'M PART OF THE PROBLEM.
I think that's part of the issue. These things get said supposedly harmlessly without the speaker thinking about what it means.

But overall, I try not to worry about it. TEF is in general an amazing, kind, and helpful place. It`s bound to have its problems, as any other site would. But it`s only a game; real life comes first.
