Sunlight hit the ground in a way where it seemed to reflect back into the sky with a splash of yellow warmth.
The fawn walked through every one of the golden rays it passed.
It touched the fawn's baby down... Warmth.
Giving the child what a dead mother could not.
Little fawn, kept alive by sunlight.
What happens when the sun goes down?

"Maybe darkness is just an illusion. Maybe sunlight is always there, but our eyes fade. They must sleep, too."
