Put it in a plastic bucket, or bin, and leave it in a warm place, but not in direct heat. (:
If you put direct heat on it, it can activate too quickly, and won't bleach as well, and may damage the bone. Leaving it indoors in a warm room would be fine, but not in direct sunlight, or near a heater.
Overnight should be long enough for them to get as white as the peroxide will allow. The more peroxide, the better, but you can dilute it with water if you don't get enough to cover thee skulls completely.
The stuff from the store isn't usually too expensive, but you'll need quite a few bottles to cover up the skulls you have there!
Here are some which I just finished. Vulture, Seagull, Starling. The starling is unfortunately missing one of the jaw ones (the little tiny one on the right should have a match). The bones were so tiny, I think it must have slipped out when I drained the water from cleaning them. . .

Or you can get the paste, which is much more potent, at a hair care supplier. The same stuff you would use to bleach your hair.
If you do this, do not soak them in a metal container, as the metal will react with the peroxide, and digest the bones to tiny pieces.
Good luck!
Guess who this makes me think

How exactly do I apply the stuff? Do I put it into a blastic container/bucket and leave it to soak for a number of days?
Thanks for the guidance Doe. ^^
