I saw the scuffle yesterday, and I'm sorry your little ones became the victim of that. I can't really do much to help, but I wanted to give you this." Verve spoke as she turned her head to her back, lifting a dark brown cape with a fur edge off her back to lay in front of Lilu. It was covered in grey and light brown cubes, made from a thick woven fabric. "It might be a bit big, and I only have one, but perhaps it can help when it gets cold." She had given the other one to Alice, and now lacked any means to keep herself warm this winter. Perhaps time to travel back. "I hope things go smoother for your family in the future." She said with a bow of her head, taking a step back to indicate she wasn't going to bother them any further.

Sammael turned over as he landed on the other in an attempt to pin or at least claim the smaller fawns ear between his jaws with a playful wiggle of his tailfeathers. In a surprisingly quick for how Sam had calculated him to move, Mystic had squirmed out from under the cubs bulk and was countering with another dive.

With a sharp exhale Sam tried to dodge, rolling over onto his side and then skittering to his paw/hooves to twist and lunge at the other again, aiming for the ear. Problem was, if he gripped it the only playmates he’d had of his size were his sisters, and they played a lot rougher than was expected of them. If Sam did indeed grab Mystics ear, he would have yanked at it for all he was worth.

If not, he merely continued to dive at, be dived upon only to squirm free routine until the other was exhausted.

As they played, Mystic found the activity of diving, rolling, evading, and pouncing on another in this manor therapeutic and exciting. A lot of his frustration seem to fly away as it always did when he was around others that seemed to be merry - and he couldn’t help but too laugh and smile broadly as they played. His first playmate. At least for a short time. As he looked at the mother for a moment, he noticed her body language differ, her atmosphere change from before.

She seemed to be worried, almost fearful an- hitting the hard earth having been pounced upon by the other fawn while he had been distracted. Feeling as if his ear was being collected for some prize he whimpered a little. Thinking fast since he was pinned to the ground he, bucked his legs to try flip the fawn hopefully able to flip the fawn - if not he would tolerate the pain he would look at the fawn as he pulled on the fawns ear and say with much displeasure in is voice though he seemed to be still having fun “You’ve beat me ! Congrads. You mine letting me up so we may play again?”
