You know, it's totally okay

You know, it's totally okay to feel inspired by others drawings! As long as you remember to credit if you use a drawing as a reference. Asking the original artist would be a very polite thing to do too! I couldn't help but to notice immediately that your newest drawing of Sirius looked exactly like one of Tuhka's drawings of her own OC, Cutlass. This, to be specific.

What is not okay, is posting that art up where you have used other's drawings as a reference, as it is just downright rude towards the original artist and violates the copyright law as well.

At first, hello Tuoho. I'll be honest with them.
This picture I've never seen before. So it
not inspirieren me. Also i cant see similarities
in to my drawing and the drawing from Cutless.
Or not? I think you interpret there too
much into it...Really. I'm sorry if so but I dont look
so. I see this for the first time and it looks
quite different. Especially the body and coat differ
greatly. I do not see similarities and I see this
(as written above) image at first time. And have therefore not
let inspirieren of this picture. This must be a mistake.

I'm afraid I have to agree

I'm afraid I have to agree with Tuoho here. The pictures are similar.
Even if the neck's/head's position is different, that does not change the fact that many other things are the same.
Like legs, size, muscles (the shading being lines), withers, especially the tail. Saying that the fur is different doesn't really help since you can easily copy a stance and add fluff to the character.

Just keep in mind copying is ok when you ask for permission and source back to the reference.

And I think the really you will kidding me. Without
joke. I see no reason why you interfere. This
picture I've painted without any templates. The
picture What Tuoho posted, I have never seen
before (1.000.0000.x -.-) I've never seen this
picture. My picture looks like a child drawing
against those of Tuhka. Next is fact. The legs
look the same. HOW SHOULD IT LOOKS
OTHERWISE? Please. The muscles? Deers have
muscels and that is always look the same well
of course.. that's not a reason. The tail looks
similar to the image as the only. However, most
players have a tail looks so. The other one is much
more detailed and the whole body is different.
Cutless. Is a narrow slender deer with a "flat" butt.
On my drawing you can see a big "voluminous"
animal. The legs are thicker. The head is quite
different. The fur is..other. The neck is different.
and my picture is with gentle colors.Whether you
want to accept it or not. this picture has been
painted without templates. Believe what you want.
I know that I have also drawn without templates.

The image of Sirius is in a different category as the picture of Cutless.
No comparison. I would say these are two different pictures.
