Rumen is an OCC deer with IC traits. Even though him and I don’t share all characteristics listed below, his behaviour and feelings still reflect my thoughts. Rumen and I appreciate the company of any deer, either played OOC, IC or something in between. Actions of deer played IC won’t be taken personal.

Rumen had a totally different face in the first place, but i accidentally merged two layers and didnt noticed that it disappeared. i drew some other parts, and bang it was gone -.-'
