ø Loves himself, extremely self absorbed, and therefor never wants to change. Despite this, change is inevitable even if it's not outright acknowledged.
ø Unless something really catches his interest or feels like taking part, is a lethargic, unwilling, and useless party in whatever is going on. Has his more active days or moments however, where he might engage in events otherwise not of much interest. This also seems to depend on the individual or group he is with. Like everyone, can have irrational days or moments too. What this entails varies as it not set in stone, however the most rare of occurrences is sinking into a hotheaded, unreasonable mindset which sparks unpredictable and random, often harmful outbursts.
ø Is so wrapped up into himself and his own thoughts that he doesn't care enough to understand how others work. Although true, continual interaction with an individual sort of involuntarily feeds him scraps of information, even if it's not put to good use, save for very particular things that he does look out for; an individuals favorite spot or home being the most vital of things to gather.
ø Poseidon is excellent at discarding information he doesn't want to keep, in general is rather inattentive. This brings forth his unsympathetic side, as well as being selfish and overall guiltless. Very few are handed true sympathy, and even then it is in hardly noticeable amounts. Counts anything beyond it unintentional and read into.
ø Has identity issues which are linked to an event undergone during adolescence, which has created an obsession for wearing masks. Experiences feelings of not belonging. Has serious disconnection issues, and this creates an almost 'unreal' or 'imaginary' mindset, which is frequently made obvious through verbal interaction. That or the type obsessed with spinning riddles.
ø Is obsessed with individuals with physical canine-like attributes. Often stalked but avoided unless approached first or he is in the right mindset to deal with individuals of such a godly status.
ø Has had visual hallucinations since young. The intensity of these hallucinations vary. Might catch a glimpse of something, such as a shadow, to something very real and breathing. Never is any of it actually physical to his being. Visual hallucinations, while they do vary, almost always leave him with some improbable story to tell(In general, the type who always feels he needs to have a story to tell). Sometimes he will admit these things aren't real, and other times he will deny any accusations that what he is saying is untrue.
ø Is naturally anxious, some degree of social anxiety. This creates a sensation of crawling skin. Not necessarily brought on by nervousness due to fear, more or less not knowing how to approach others of interest due to never being properly socialized. How anxious he is feeling depends on each unique encounter. Is actually quite social, but awkward behavior, mostly physically, might suggest otherwise.
ø Poseidon is a natural creeper and always has been. He is curious, and while his motives are often harmless this is not always true. He is fickle however intentions are always made clear in the moment(Immediate interaction), at least to the best of his ability.

She gave herself a moment own
Just because she did not notice that she was being watched. No idea that someone was there until he revealed the cold evening wind. She turned around and listened. Elegant, maybe too skinny body, turned toward the Poseidon. Her head kept on a long neck like a swan, and so with it moving. "Who are you...?" was her first question, in a low, husky voice, almost like falling into a deep abyss... Retreating. She watched yet unknown incredulous expression.

Who was he? Ears would flare forward and flicker, head rocking side to side before yet another step back was taken. "I could be anyone, the liar or the fool", a chuckle would be given before continuing on, "Though you are in luck, for I am sure there are quite a few of those already", tilted his head a bit, a small step closer taken, fixing his posture; confident and strong, "I am Os".

She did not want to move too much, the only thing on her for the entire move, the hair on the back, which is slowly bristled. It was impossible to tell if the excitement of a new meeting, or as a warning gesture with the fact that it is taut and tense.
"Why are you watching? Did we do something? Possessed your territory? Hm, what did we do?... What, what, sweetheart, what we did wrong that we monitor this?"
(No subject)
Women, he thought, no more
Noted the bristling fur though it was for the most part disregarded. Perhaps he was oblivious to warning signs of irritation and anger. Either way, that followed by everything else, began to scope the area. Seriously, where was their guy? Someone needed to slap this doe.
Eventually eyes fell back upon them, posture slacking then. A little off their rocker, weren't they? He thought so. The stag would move back some more, eventually met with a tree which he leaned against. "Paranoid", ears remained flared out and swiveling, "I do not wish for confrontation, but I fear that should I give an honest answer it would simply be twisted on me", a chuckle was given. Poseidon did not intend to push buttons, but felt this was true, so why provide an actual answer? It would make no difference.
"You have a good day, now", and with that he would turn to leave, hardly interested in what he believed to be inevitable conflict to spawn from the conversation. Could be easily stopped in his tracks, however. After all he wasn't one to plow over other deer or be rude enough not to respond.
In this forest was moving so
At the moment, small ears pulled, apparently checking something behind, maybe even she feared for her life... Who knows what he's up to this observer... Maybe he was responsible for only a short time to pay attention to her and had become one of the victims... There was a problem Vittani "pacify", or even kill. She had nothing to defend themselves. No claws, no horns, just a few sharp teeth in the front of the mouth and thus it ended.
She moved her neck again and retreated one step back, head and neck relaxed shifted into a natural position. "Chsss good... at least you can talk... for the most deer in the forest, for most creatures here, it's just unnatural thing... talk... and talk to us... no one does. Nobody talking us anything." growled. "And when they speaks, they hurry away. Sure, sure... Fear drives them all, but we're not evil... No, no, my only love. We're not." growled quietly to herself, but kept her eyes on leaving Poseidon.
Stopped in his tracks, of
Regardless took in everything that they said, but didn't have golden advice or someone to turn them to that did, not that he would do either if he did or knew such an individual that could aid them. For a moment everything they said slipped his mind, for a moment contemplating the possibility that they'd continue to show themselves, as he had encountered them some several times by now. Thinking way ahead. Felt he needed to find them a suitable individual that could put them in their place, not necessarily aid them in a way that was most appropriate. What with the growling and all, Poseidon wasn't necessarily pleased. They had thus far proven to be quite odd, had every reason to begin considering someone suitable enough to put them in their place.
Rui, perhaps... but no, no, Rui was too important. Kody, but no... they were too interesting. There was that, what he believed to be, partially blind bull he had become quite acquainted with, but no not them either. Daedalus, maybe? Though he had not seen them for some time now, felt that could be a perfect match despite knowing nothing about them. Yes, should they return he would be directing this little abnormal creature to them. It was settled.
Poseidon with his hidden grin took another step back, though was still partially facing his company, finally addressed them despite a long drawn out silence, having been absent during deep thought. "Evil is a broad term", the stag threw his head to the left then, tensed up again, an involuntary tremor rolling over his form. "I am not fearful, of you", comes earnestly, "But good things come to those who wait", his eyes peered down to their hooves then back up to them. They probably didn't register what he meant. Again, the stag would turn and again attempt to take his leave.
"Do not turn back when you're
"Stay... please. And speak with us... if you want." she said.
Another tremor rolled over
"No", came sharply with some steps taken back, putting more and more distance between them. "I don't want conflict", but she was leaving little room for other options. Soon enough he'd have to resort to attempting to menacingly growl at her or something, and didn't really want that.

"You will have to excuse me, the doe, she is very pretty, like a star but on the ground," a brief pause, "Me and a friend used to chase stars, they would come right down from the sky, and before we could grasp them they would shoot away... Far, far away." Held a steady glance, a single ear swiveled. "So we set a trap once, for our hands could not catch them. Believe it or not we caught one, and we kept it safely locked away in a room. We dared not ever enter the room, but now again you would hear the noises, almost distressed, but one could never be sure, you could never see it." A forced and halfhearted chuckle was given followed by a sigh, who knew where the story came from or why he told it. "I will leave," simple as that, due to their gender alone, "If you're done here, of course."

Ming Yue had encountered him several times before, though each time he found it a frustration that the stag wasn't the socializing type, wary of his presence and constantly staring, as if he thought that there was a chance of Ming attacking him. That's all he could compare it too, at least. The idea of him attacking anything? Ming found it humorous, as he knew he was too small to do any considerable damage. Really, he thought, there was nothing to be scared of, not when it came to him.
The brown and black stag, however, had spooked Ming Yue at first, with the human skull attached to his face. It didn't stop him from approaching and attempting to make friends, though -- not much did. So, again, he would try to hold a conversation with the stag, as Ming kept his head a bit low, stepping toward the buck right in front of him, so that he wouldn't potentially frighten him off. The blueberry patch that the other was situated in forced Ming's coat to blend in. "Hello," he greeted, raising his head.
"We've met a few times before," his hoof stepping back, "but I never did ask your name. What is it, if you don't mind?" Calm, quiet, respectful. Since he hadn't seen Shepard in what seemed like forever, in the forest or in the human world, he had decided to move on. He wasn't looking for anything in this brown, skull-wearing stag, though, unlike Shepard. Ming was curious, interested in why the other would come near and suddenly bolt off.
"I go by Ming Yue."
Qanat - Glad you think so.
lovebird - Poseidon didn't know what to think of the small, colorful deer. As a matter of fact he had yet to determine their gender. Some physical attributes could have told him, their face maybe, but wasn't sold there and therefor had yet to place their gender. Had no real desire to investigate further and check himself, stuck to what was within view.
Distance was his thing, he much more preferred to silently observe others than actually engage them. Learned really quick that most wanted to engage, all nice and up close too. Didn't understand why he wasn't allowed his space a good majority of the time, why deer continued to pursue him despite, more often than not, what he believed to be harmless staring. Granted, most interaction went quite well, but still desired his personal bubble... which had time and time again been popped. It was questionable whether Poseidon felt fear, most of the time it was a form of social anxiety brought on by not being properly socialized. Fear though, perhaps somewhere deep down he felt it, and with the right individual, otherwise a good majority of the time it boiled down to not knowing how to approach another.
Ears swiveled and swayed where he sat, nicely tucked away in his favorite blueberry patch. Sometimes he believed that he was invisible there, he could crouch there, completely hidden from view, and watch every passerby. Seemed that wasn't the case sometimes though... for he was now being approached by that small colorful buck he'd been visited by some several times before. Didn't move right away, though did lift his head, a violent tremor rolling over his form. 'Hello' they would say, a harmless greeting. Here Poseidon slowly brought himself to a stand, head quirking this way and that as they went on, ears twisting and flickering. Fur bristled, though briefly.
"I know." he acknowledged the obvious, he remembered. Ended up taking a few steps back from them, head lowered a bit with a gaze he couldn't quite keep on them, often times straying from them, looking off towards some unknown distant object. What was his name? Should he tell them? Didn't see any reason not to... "I am Os,' he announced, here fixing his posture, poising, but it did not last. From the sockets of the skull he wore looked down to them, a more sturdy gaze this time, maintaining his distance. "You come to me often," the buck pointed out, "Do not feel obligated to tell me why," he tacked on. Poseidon cracked his neck to the right before taking a small step closer to them, taking the time to soak in their appearance now. Attractive, he thought, for something so small, be it male or female. Mind never did venture beyond that. "Hello, hello, Ming Yue."
Again, he was stepping away.
Playthings weren't common, however, as much as Ming wanted them to be. At last, a small step towards him. Less tension, he hoped. The closeness did not make him uncomfortable, despite Os being more of a stranger than a friend and despite him being able to smell fresher scents on the other (namely, the blueberries). "Hello, hello," he copied, smiling in amusement. "I have a question," he stated, allowing any time for him to suddenly take off. Perhaps, he thought, questions made this Os uncomfortable. Frightened him, maybe. Maybe. Poseidon's demeanor was new to Ming, leaving most of his actions as guesses as to what would be acceptable.
When he didn't leave, Ming continued, "You always seem so frightened of me. Uncertain, maybe? I promise I'm of no threat to you, if that be the case."
Watched them inch forward,
Had no idea what they were up to, didn't honestly give it much thought. They sought him out, he usually kept his distance from them and that was that. It was curious that they actually engaged him in conversation now, though wouldn't question as to why. Quirked his head as they echoed his hello, peculiar... why did they do that?
Ended up taking another step back for good measure once they mentioned having a question. Lowered his head again, feeling at a safe distance now, looked to them and blinked once. Let them ask it before hastily responding with, "You answer one and more come," trembled, "No, I am not frightened of you," he clears up for them before taking one step closer to them, whether they had continued to inch closer or not at that point. Closed his eyes for a moment, tossing his head to the left before pinning his gaze on them, "Questions... Hmm... Where is mine?" Proceeded to look around his area for it.
Frustration, more and more
"I'm glad you aren't frightened, Os. If you were, you'd be the only creature here that has a fear of me," he chuckled, his sense of humor none too great. Another step closer after many further away. It was the living form of the saying 'one step forward, two steps back.' In an attempt to keep the stag in position, Ming Yue held his. No more steps, just small involuntary twitches along his shoulders and back. It was a challenge for him to stay still, his body used to walking and bounding and sprinting across the forest. Even when he rested, until he fell asleep, his legs would shift and his head would turn.
Tilting his head, Ming Yue did not understand the question. Where was his? His what? "Where is... what? I don't understand," he spoke, his eyebrows furrowed a little in confusion.
Never did consider himself
Listened as they went on, glad to hear he wasn't frightened of them. Probably deserved a chuckle, it was in its own right hilarious that they, small and colorful as they were, thought he might be frightened of them. What was to fear? Unless there was some dark secret... present themselves as alluring only to discover that their head split into several parts and they would devour him. No, no... that wasn't possible. Figured, good luck to them if they tried something as bizarre as that though. The buck certainly did like his right to say 'no', when and where appropriate.
Poseidon ended up taking a few more steps back despite them holding still, after of course he had finished searching. Here he would lower himself to the ground, unaware of any torture he might have put them through. Had they tried to approach he more than likely would stand and maintain distance, but who actually knew. "My questions," a brief pause, "But one was found already," obviously, he had just asked one while searching. His sense of humor or overall just being odd? Who knew.
Took in a deep breath of fresh, crisp air, relaxing where he sat, for now anyway. Kept his eye on the other, off and on though, his gaze was bouncing between one thing to the next, keeping an eye on any passerby that may be counted as too close. Eventually focused a bit more on Ming Yue, ears rotating every which direction before pinning, and here, out of nowhere from behind the mask he wore would emit a deep growl in their direction. Fur bristled and he tensed up, so much for relaxing? Might have attempted to snarl at them as well, but once all was finished, at complete random his tongue would meet with the roof of his mouth and sound off a loud 'POP', and then simply roll to his side with another deep breath.
"Your questions," Ming Yue
The sudden, deep growl prevented him from kneeling down to lay across from Os. He backed up, but kept his position, more curious than afraid, surprisingly. He had always thought himself to be easily scared, and though adrenaline telling him to run away from the potential threat pumped through him and made his tail fluff up, Ming Yue didn't move. Watching, waiting for the stag to jump up and pounce on him, but it never happened. Just a loud popping noise that startled him more than the growl, causing him to jump to the side, and continue his staring.
For a second, he thought to question the actions, to demand why he suddenly treated Ming Yue like he was frightening. But then, maybe it was a joke to Os? His sense of humor or basic sense of socialization seemed to be askew, anyway. If the goal was to keep the smaller buck at a distance, it had worked, as he had backed up a few steps. Instead of questioning the actions, he asked, "Would it be a bother to you if I rested here?" Probably. Most likely. His determination wouldn't be hindered, though.
Watched them kill his
Continued to sit where he was, small tail behind him fluffing and fluttering with each movement they made, his gaze at that point locked on them, wherever they moved his eyes followed. Seemed his growl or the loud pop had done well to keep them at bay, although it wasn't necessarily his motive when doing so. Either way, left it alone. As he stared and observed, silently thought to himself. They were peculiar all around, was unable to completely wrap his mind around why they stuck around, other than the fact that perhaps they, like himself, thought he was great too. That worked for him and left it at that.
Drew his head back at their question. Why were they asking? They could do whatever they wanted to, didn't mean he'd stick around to join them in rest. If they wanted to further desecrate his area so be it... never thought of why the idea of that didn't bother him, perhaps it wasn't as important as he'd actually like it to be? Twitched a bit and eyes momentarily closed. From behind his mask brows had risen, a sigh pushed through. "If you would like," he said simply. Wouldn't be on his way just yet, waited to see if they would actually sit or-- "You mean to sleep?" Found another question. Had that been what they meant wouldn't be sticking around, or at least not as close by.

Neiro didn't step closer, he'd learned that Poseidon had some sort of problem concerning distance. He wanted to get close though. He'd just have to wait. "Don't know if this is a sensitive subject or not, but what's up with your giant personal space bubble? Most of the deer around here don't have one, at least not that I've come across." Neiro had managed to get closer to Poseidon than some others - as far as he'd seen - so he didn't have anything to complain about, but he was still curious.

Appreciated their keeping distance between them, or at least not coming closer. Eyed them for a minute, taking in their question, an understandable one at that, but how to answer? Surely he couldn't entrust them the real reason, he hardly knew them. Looked around for a minute as if someone may hear before eyes rested on his company once more. "I like to stay clean," came simply, "When do you ever see anyone here properly bathing themselves?" Fair enough. An involuntary twitch occurred, "But enlighten me, Neiro," a brief pause, "Do you not appreciate your own space?"
Neiro chuckled and nodded. "I

The sigh resonating from
"No, no, not to sleep, no," he replied, turning his head back to Poseidon. "Just... for company." His ears situated back against his head as he grew content in this spot, an ear twitching to a different sound now and then. After a few minutes had passed, Ming's unfocused gaze turned back to Os. "Why did you growl at me?" the small deer asked, voice quiet, non-demanding or aggressive. Just curious. Just talkative.
Watched them settle in.
Took it in, well, at least they weren't going to sleep there. Wasn't all too worried either way, though. Knew he'd likely take off at some point or another, whether they actually dozed or not. Anyway they had only wanted the company, didn't mind obliging them for now. At their question blinked once. Why not growl? "The wolves, Ming Yue," he announced, ears perked forward and swiveling, eyes wildly scanning their surroundings, halting back on the small purple buck after that, "Wolves growl," he stated, "So why not? Have you not ever done so?"
"The wolves?" Ming repeated,
Just like he believed to have never encountered a wolf, Ming believed he had never growled in such a manner. "No, I haven't. But you are not a wolf, are you? A wolf in disguise?" A wolf in disguise. Yes, maybe, maybe that's what Poseidon was. It would explain his odd behavior, maybe. Maybe, maybe, maybe. Without a doubt, Poseidon was an enigma to Ming. He left him puzzled and confused and, yet, wanting to know more.
Here he goes.
--
Listened to them echo his words. Poseidon stood to all fours, antsy splayed hooves picking at the earth, ears swiveling and swaying. Eyes bolted from one direction to the next, but then he would hear their question. 'No, I haven't. But you are not a wolf, are you? A wolf in disguise?' gaze slowly rolled back to them and he stood completely still for a moment, eyes narrowing in on the small purple buck. No more than a statue for a few seconds, came alive as a random shiver took over. "Aha!" came suddenly with a large step taken closer to them, "Look there!" he exclaimed, gaze snapping in the direction of a tree to the right of them, intentionally skipping over their question for now.
Poseidon's ears flared out in the direction of where he looked, alert and gaze unwavering. There was nothing there, of course, everything was how it would usually appear. No one standing there, either. "Hmmm, or not." A shock of adrenaline for the other maybe? There appeared to be a delayed reaction for bristling fur, it came after the fact but soon smoothed out. Head lowered, eyes scanned the ground, then walked one complete circle before facing Ming again. Remained stationary then, at least no circling or sudden jerking movements. "When I was a boy I used to run, and run, and run, and run.... and run," eyes rolled back with a sigh, "But could never quite outrun a certain someone..." Swayed his head left to right, "Until one day that someone broke their leg," a quiet 'tsk, tsk, tsk' and a shake of his head to follow, recovered quickly with a, "And then I won!" The buck chuckled, and it dragged on for a while, slowly tapering off.
Once all of that was out of the way, a grin while hidden stretched ear to ear finally having faded, shook his head some more before searching for eye contact with the other. "We're all wearing wool," or how did that go again? Oh well, didn't matter. "A deer, a wolf, perhaps," if he could have shrugged he would. Didn't remain stationary for long, shook vigorously before growling at them again, pausing only for a moment to request one thing, "Growl little Ming Yue, growl!"
He watched, confused and
Again, he watched the stag circle while his own head tilted. A boy? Did he mean as a fawn or as a human? Had Os been a human in his past life? Or maybe he was just visiting the forest, like other deer did. Perhaps he was locked in an asylum, his medicine forcing him into this state of mind and world. Ming listened with intent to the story, his eyes squinting and brows scrunching in an attempt to understand the purpose of the story. The more he asked questions, the more he received riddles. But, it intrigued him like no other, and he hesitantly placed a hoof forward, gently placing it on the ground.
His facial features more relaxed after accepting the fact that the story was irrelevant to the question, Ming gave Os the eye contact he wanted. They were all wearing wool, he said. He agreed, though silently, for his mind was that of a human's and his original form of a human's and everything was so human for him, except the small body he was shoved into while roaming the forest. In reality, he was a prostitute, a drug dealer, a makeup wearing whore who needed to bathe and wore too much perfume. The deer body, the forest world, it made him simpler, a façade to be pushed aside for anybody willing to venture into the human world. Only Shepard knew, and he might have been long gone -- there was no way of telling, especially when the forest was so large.
The hoof retracted back to its original position in response to Poseidon's actions, the request puzzling the "little Ming Yué," but he felt complacent all the same. He lowered his own head and moved his legs out to the side, attempting to assume his own threatening position, and growled his own growl back at the stag.
Did I seriously never track

lovebird - Watched as they
Whether the other had played along or not the feral noises had subsided, movements halted. Exciting as it was to have them participate all good things had to come to an end, though perhaps another time could convince them to engage in a similar activity. Gaze rolled from the colorful buck back to that tree he had pointed out earlier. Ears swayed forward like before, though this time approached it. Large form would lean against it and rub, fur bristling like it had during snarling at his company. Stopped once a violent tremor surged across his form, rocked his body even, movements unbalanced and jerky throughout trying to regain a sturdy stance. Once accomplished head was lowered, eyes searching through the nearby overgrowth, looking for something? More than likely something that wasn't even there.
Poseidon gave up the search relatively quick, though was for certain he had seen faint movement, let it be. Head was risen then, though hadn't yet looked back to the other, instead would ramble on whilst peering off into the distance. "You see them, and you wonder why they lurk, why they watch. Questioning whether or not they can be trusted, though never questioning themselves of the same thing," he paused, head quirked and out of the corner of his eye catching sight of an abnormally large rock. Gaze slowly fell to it. "Them, I mean. Most count what can not be seen by the eye as nonexistent, however never question the very air they breathe."
Turned to face Ming Yue, tense at first though loosened up, then poised, radiating with excellence. "I am, however, completely aware," looked down to them with half lidded eyes, "As natural as air, Ming Yue." There didn't seem to be a point to any of this, really only something that made sense to himself, and it was questionable if he even knew what he was talking about. Nevertheless cocked his head to the sky, small tail puffed and fluffed before returning to normal, altogether. Posture was more natural, gaze plastered on the small buck. "Miiiiing," he drawled, but nothing came after that.
