He's so cute
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Slightly afraid of the shivering and tension she had felt on his skin when she was cleaning him, switching to relaxation and control, she wondered if he was alright when she sat down. He seemed to answer her question with a slight humming sound, and his eyes brightened a bit. No, he could not speak... and maybe he could not understand her. He seemed to spin happily before turning and searching in the mud.
Her ears rose slightly, hearing someone else and feeling a pair of eyes on them. She laughed a little at their comment. "A swimmer?" she replied with curiosity. Glancing at the water, she noticed a few visible fish. And one that appeared to be slipping away from the other stranger. She smiled a bit and shook her head- they were referring to the creatures in the water, the fish... right? She was not quite sure, and wondered why these two were going after them. She remained seated and glanced over the grey furred and slightly muddy figure of the mute one, wondering if they needed help searching.

@Waning Just as the little
Just as the little guy was getting comfortable, the other one spoke and he looked at them with a look best described as awestruck. His attention ping-ponged between them and the fish, back and forth, back and forth until he felt the beginnings of a headache and had to stop. The soft noise of a pair of lips opening came from behind his mask and then: "Ih-ee eeemurr..?"
The phrase "silly swimmer" had struck him somehow and intrigued him enough to try and say it himself. It had been a long time since he had tried speaking--or at least mimicking whatever was said to him--simply because he found himself sometimes bored and restless in the company of others, and many of them spoke in ways that were very boring to listen to.

hehe, thank you >u> and oh! would you like to have our roleplays merge together?
Sure! besides, it might make

Seeing him looking slightly confused and distressed as they both spoke, she felt a little bad about it and her ears lowered, the doe looking down a little. He seemed to stop looking between them before his voice came out, very softly trying to form something. her ears perked a little, trying to determine what it was. Ih-ee eeemurr...? Was he saying he heard them, or trying to repeat something? it sounded similar to the phrase that the other kept repeating. Her tail rose up slightly from the mud, the thick fur lining it at the end feeling rather heavy. She brought it foreward to let the cool mud "refresh" her hooves. Tilting her head, her eyes softened and she frowned a bit, giving them a look as if to ask 'what' or 'hm?'

"Yes, Silly Swimmer!" Cualli
"My name's Cualli! What's your's?"

Well, hey..! Haha that will

He sniffed. More to himself as an idle gesture than actually smelling something. There was a lot more action going on around him with the both of them around. "Iheemur." Tamas declared confidently and then, perhaps by coincidence or maybe he associated the new word with the fish, he very gently nudged it with his hoof and smiled, tail wagging again.
Your welcome
-----------------------------
Narrowing her eyes rather playfully as she glanced back at the white stranger, she doe rolled her long tail over to where the mud was and put the furry tip of the tail over the fish. He seemed to be quite happy learning that word though- probably related to the fish since he was prodding it. Maybe he was repeating the phrase "Silly Swimmer"? She wasn't quite used to not talking, but she seemed to read actions well enough.

"Yeah...Swimmers aren't meant
He perked up at Cualli's
Tamas scratched at the ground with his hoof. "Auh.." He did not know, but he felt no shame.
As Cualli attempted to

"Is okay if no know..."
Their attention traveled to the fish as it was pushed back into the water, creeping over to splash in the shallows of the pond as they tried to stalk their progress. They completely disregarded the other two until the fish was gone, sitting up to plop down in the water. "Good Swimmer go home," they exclaimed, glancing back at them, "Not good on land."
I'm gunna toodle off to bed
Okay c: Until then
---------------------------------------------------
Sabel's ears lowered a bit and she looked back at the other stranger reproachfully as Cualli began speaking about the fish. She hoped it would not notice that it was the same one they were talking about- they might get angry. However, she raised her ears a bit and dragged her tail back around her and onto her hooves, nodding a bit at Cualli. "Yes, it's too dry for them here." she replied softly.

Happy noises came from them
He was drawn out of thought by Sabel's voice and continued to look at her long after she had finished speaking. Listening to deer vocalizations was fun and all, but he didn't want to stand around and listen anymore. Quick as thought, he leapt over them and trotted onto drier ground. "Cowwwwayb!" He called over his shoulder, flicked his tail, and cantered in the direction of the Playground.

Cualli didn't catch on until
He felt a funny but pleasant
But it wasn't just any fern. Panting from the exertion, he reached his neck down as if to graze and pushed out a few perfectly smooth stones where they had been hidden. Tamas knew that others had been messing with his collection of the odd rocks, but the thought to be upset about this never came to him. The only thing that he saw as "his" was his mask, and this was because he knew it was important for him to keep on his person. ..even if he did forget it sometimes.
The rocks clicked against his mask as he rolled three of them out of the pile, and then he stood there to wait for them to notice his amazing treasures, feeling proud as a full-grown stag with a herd of does.
Grinning and feeling more

(Reate would be very, very
Cualli slowed before they could plow over the fawn and doe, hopping to a stop and leaning forward to peer at the stones. "Ohhhh!" they exclaimed, balancing on three hooves long enough to pull one closer to inspect, which involved a lot of sniffing, planting their face onto the rock and even giving it an experimental lick to see what rock tasted like. Something they had been secretly curious about from the start. "Pretty, pretty!" they nodded happily, glancing up from the stone to the pair.
Sabel giggled at Cualli's

sorry for the late reply!
-
His chest expanded with the pride that swelled beneath it. How grand he felt, showing them his treasures! A sparkling brown eye followed Cualli's actions and he thought it was very nice to see how much they appreciated the rocks.
"Ih-ee," he repeated with them both that they were 'pretty'. Again leaning down, he pushed a rock to each of them. There were so many of them that he had found himself and carried to be stored next to the fern, sometimes in his own mouth, sometimes by kicking and nudging them along, so why not let them examine some a little closer, maybe take them as gifts?
Now his attention went to Sabel's tail, how it twisted and moved so wonderfully. He craned his neck to his rump to examine his own stumpy appendage but was then distracted by her tail coming closer before he could wonder why he hadn't such a splendid tail. His eye widened and he looked at her face, and then back to her tail in amazement.
He's super cute, help.
Ohh, thank you (/u\)
Cualli couldn't help but gawk
"Why like?" they asked suddenly, looking up at Tamas, then to Sabel, then back to Tamas. "Why gather flat rocks? Make nest with? Keep for den?"
It's alright xD I've been
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sabel smiled a bit at the white one's composure- it seemed to be prideful. That was something she could recognize. Although she couldn't make out what he said, she supposed he might be agreeing with them or giving a prideful "yes they are". As she swayed her tail in front of him, he seemed to look back at his own, in a puzzling way. As his attention returned to it, she glanced back at Cualli, perking her ears. Yes, it was a curious thing as to why their new- or her new friend, had decided to collect these. She didn't know how long the other two had known each other. But it must not have been very long if they didn't know about these. She wondered how the white one would respond?

ugh ew gross everybody keep

"Ih-ee," Came the absentminded reply to Cualli's inquiry while staring at Sabel's tail a while longer before that activity quickly got boring, which did not take very long. He then got up and kicked one of the rocks still in the pile out and away from the fern where it rolled down a gentle slope where he stood at the top, watching it with his tail curving over his back and his whole ear cupping toward it. A squirrel darting into his line of vision as it catapulted itself from one thin tree to the next distracted him from his rock, but, quick as a wink, he jumped on down and kicked the rock with a stiff front leg. The kick sent it rolling frantically up the opposite side of the dip and he had to stand on the tips of his hooves to watch and see where it went. It was a fun game for him and very interesting to see what path the rock 'chose.'
Holy cow what a character!
Sabel watched as their white
