This makes me sad, and so I must clear up: You can interact with Federweber whenever you want. If she is lying, dancing, playing with friends: She'll never ignore any unknown deer, nameless, fawn. If she does, I didn't watch ': -D
Feder absolutely wants to be polite. The only difficult thing might be that she doesn't like impolite deer for her part. I hope this note will help anyone x-)

Why annoying? Feder was happy to meet Violet too - and I myself was very surprised : -D - and she always likes to dance and fool around. Also Feder likes being spell spammed, she'll mostly keep spells since they're gifts (well, she'll sneeze away spells she considers boring or feminine x-) ).

Honestly I've no idea how to treat him, I don't want to create a second character, but I also don't know how to treat Feder's friends as Velo x-0

I just really love it's color scheme. And Salmunt gives me at least the opportunity to wear orca antlers. They can look pretty awesome if you choose the right combination (I let Rumen wear them sometimes as well).

Well, and Violet seems to think Feder's a great auntie/motherly deer! Lil' crazy Violet deems other deer as their family too, whom she saw since she was but a fawn, scared, growing with this Forest. And now, see, she's the craziest and funniest doe amongst some deer! xD
And, Violet would be sure glad to see her first friend in The Forest anyway. I'm always looking for Feder's picto when I log in. And some other deer Violet looks out for. She's watching you! e.e

8-D Another possible Skyrim
Well, it’s surely a nice game. I’m not sure how many hours I spent on it...
To not exaggerate your expections: It has got some lacks (including that damned Steam)... but altogether you should absolutely play it
There’s some really nice progress compared to Oblivion, although the norse setting is a bit too cliché I think.
Well, I really don’t like that I have to kill dragons. Why? Whyyyyy?!
I was a great fan of Oblivion. All those possibilities... when we bought Morrowind I was too young, I couldn’t play it much (I thougt it was pretty scary sometimes...), but Oblivion did influence me quite much.
By the way, Oblivion and Skyrim have an age rating of 16 in Germany

Well, Oblivion wasn't perfect too, I hated when the quests sometimes freezed and you couldn't continue it, especially the main quest. Imagine when you get stuck with your character at the starting cell with those guards and Uriel Septim behind your cell door. xD Not pretty comfortable, isn't it?
But I have to agree with the dragons. DRAGONS! ey're cute and all! I hated killing animals in Oblivion. Sometimes I just chilled out in Oblivion making random characters, trying to kill everyone in town. I don't know, I was plain bored. Well, and it succeeded well if you put easy on and knew how to fight or escape guards. And with those characters, I ignored animals attacking myself.
I've completed Oblivion about a thousand times, so I didn't care about the age line. 16, pfft. I played World of Warcraft without difficulty when I was ten! xD
I think Skyrim shouldn't be harder for a complete Oblivion fan like me. I mean, every time I hear a certain Oblivion music it brings back memories. About how cool the game was. That game is one of the dearest with some other games with me (You get the idea I'm a computer crazy, right? We're unseparable.
And games like this are in English, all the computer games that are NOT made in Estonia. All other are Estonian. They only translate movies.
