Took a trip to the forest for the first time in a few months - in the meantime, wandering between worlds, looking for a place to call home. Met up with Fari in the birch, amazed by how much the little raptor had grown and changed in such a short period of time. Felt something akin to pride, and eagerly joined her in a brief bout of play.

Bounded across the hills after the little one, pouncing and bouncing about but mindful of where he stepped as not to accidentally turn her into a pancake. Exchanged nuzzles and cheerful vocals, then settled down to laze in the sun with her. Slowly gaining a small layer of white on his feathers as the snow accumulates in his half slumber.

৩ In spite of his enormous size, is the true definition of a gentle giant. He is morally incapable of physically harming another - no matter the circumstance. When faced with confrontation, his first reaction is to flee, seeking to climb up out of harm's way unless a loved one is in danger - then, he will pointedly attempt to place himself between them and the threat, not hesitating to shoulder their wounds for them. Any aggressive emotes (antler, rear, mock charging etc) are purely posturing or visual threats and do not signify an attempt to harm an opponent.

৩ Being big isn't everything - while certainly very large, he does not have any additional armor to show for it. Covered with little more than soft skin and feathers, Silver is surprisingly susceptible to lacerations and other wounds. His stature also puts him at an ideal height for smaller creatures to harm his soft underbelly - the most vulnerable area on his body is very commonly exposed. That being said, he is surprisingly swift and agile for his size, capable of jumping vast distances. Additionally, his bones are remarkably durable, capable of sustaining their integrity even after falling immense distances. They seem, for all intents and purposes, impervious to breaking.

৩ While resting, Silver's wings are kept very small and tucked in to his sides - possessing seemingly magical properties, when needed for flight, they are extended and grow significantly in size proportional to his body weight. He is certainly capable of flight, but in the forest, it is very rare to see him attempting it due to his sheer size. Taking off in such a crowded area is almost as risky as attempting to land in it again.

৩ When speaking, Silver's mouth does not move whatsoever. He speaks in a fully "human" voice, complete with the typical words, phrases, and structure of the common tongue. However, the source of his voice seems to be such that it rises from within his very being, having no one particular focal point.

৩ Innately transfixed by large eye or very eye-like aesthetics, whether they be on inanimate objects or as markings on living creatures. Simultaneously entranced and terrified by these, seemingly unable to move or break his trance when within a certain proximity to them. Will neither strike out at nor run from these when he comes face to face with them, simply freezing in place like a living statue. Similarly, avoids the old oak and its hum for the familiar (but far from comforting) effect it has on him.

৩ Pupils transition through a number of colours in response to certain emotions. Pale silver represents curiosity, pale rose is for a heightened state of nervousness or aggression, and by default, like their irises they are a deep obsidian.

৩ Is capable of firing streams and bursts of red lightning from the tip of his tail when summoned by a certain mirror-like object in his home world. However, due to the absence of this object, is unable to harness this fantastical ability in the forest.

৩ Able to safely swallow individuals for storage or transportation in his stomach. Upon swallowing, if not intended for digestion the subject is coated in a thin membrane resistant to digestive fluids and sent into a state of unconsciousness. Upon regurgitation, the membrane breaks, shortly after which the subject will awaken again in a sound state. For moral reasons, however, Silver is extremely unlikely to resort to this unless in the most dire of circumstances (and only with a player's permission of course). Mouth is surprisingly soft, and completely devoid of teeth.

৩ Body itself appears to display traits from numerous well known animals, the most prominent being feline, canine, and avian in nature. His gait is closest to a large cat's, and in spite of its appearance, tail is far from tactile, hanging limp and dragging or trailing along most of the time. Usually not fond of getting wet, but in the right mood, may enjoy a roll in the shallows when preening his feathers alone isn't enough. Can be coaxed into playing as well, by the right people.
