I finally figured out how to do the outlines for gimp, thank you to who showed me the video (your name escapes me at the moment). Please ignore the weird grass skirt looking thing at the bottom, I didn't realized how bad it looked until now, but I'm to tired to fix it at the moment. On a side note, does the scarf remind anyone else of Mint chip Ice cream?
