I wanted a snake ever since I was little. I did capture a full grown Garden Snake and a baby one, but I let them go shortly after.

Aren't those a bit hard to have in terrarium? If they live in wet and moisty areas, aren't they a kind who mostly wants fish? o: I have 2 cornsnakes, though I was originally supposed to get one californian kingsnake but I took the cornsnakes instead since they are more okay with desert-like home. o: XD I wished mine were as tame as that fellow seems ♥ /random.

Also if he's not eating you should try leaving him along and not disturbing him for a few hours, when they are that small they often shy to eat when there is too much movement or activity. You could even wrap a towel or something around the cage so he has some privacy after you give him food ^^
