Uruu is a very curious doe...in both senses of the word. She is interested in the world around her, and much like a cat she will explore every nook and cranny she can find while not thinking of the consequences. However, she is also curious in the way that she may seem...odd. Uruu is not terribly social as she is shy, and not completely trusting of strangers. Despite this, she does warm up quickly to those she meets, and is very friendly and even goofy when she feels comfortable around others. Although intelligent and mature in body, she may become too playful and may seem immature or annoying to other deer her age.
That night, she was encountered by an enormous, silhouetted stag that appeared in the fog. It spoke to her in a deep and commanding voice, demanding for her to live. The fog carried it away, leaving Uruu confused but oddly comforted. She found herself going back to the Oak, and instead of her mother she found a single hyacinth flower in her place. From that moment forward, Uruu had vowed to always adorn hyacinths upon her head, for by doing so her mother is always with her.
& Uruu is always approachable, but she does not also immediately approach others due to her shyness.
& By nature, Uruu is not a confrontational deer and tends to not get herself involved in drama. However, if said drama involves friends, fawns or minis, she WILL get involved and might even become uncharacteristically aggressive. This is especially true if a fawn, mini or friend is being attacked or harassed.
& One of her favorite things is to keep other deer company. If she sees one sitting or sleeping alone, she just may join in for a bit.
& Speaking of which, beware sleeping deer for Uruu may put a spell on you! However, she always makes sure she makes a pretty set, and nothing that's too much of an eyesore. c:
& Uruu can usually be found sleeping in or near a hyacinth field, in the Ruins or, most frequently, by other deer.
& Uruu is deeply afraid of an area around the Playground that she has come to call the Red Patch. She refuses to go anywhere near it, and will flee if she stumbles upon it. Although she does not know it yet, her friend and future mate, Tosa, will be murdered by a dark stag with 'antlers like spikes' upon its soil.
(Oh yes, as do I! Haha, that
Uruu chuckled softly and nodded, greatly appreciative of the other doe's enthusiasm on the topic. "I believe they're trying to tell us something, too, but I don't think they are able to communicate with us seeing as how we exist on different planes. But to actually talk to spirits...could you imagine? That would be so wonderful, and we could learn so much about ourselves and our world," she added just as excitedly, her large ears swiveling.
She tilted her head slightly as Awentia seemed to become lost in thought, but decided not to pry; after all, Uruu was almost constantly lost in thought, and so the concept was very far from foreign to her. Pausing for a moment to test the air again, she playfully reared up on her hind legs and made a little prance sideways, her tail wagging.
"Hey, would you like to race? Perhaps to the Pond? Although, I do think it's going to rain soon. Although, I think some rain would make it more fun!" she said happily, bouncing up on her front legs.
(^^ This is her last week as
Awentia nodded eagerly."Yes,Yes! It would be a spiritual experiance. If not somewhat...unnerving at first." She replied earnestly.
As Uruu reared up playfully and bounced around, asking to race.Awentia responded by kicking out her front legs in a playfull gesture. She loved running!
"Rain would make it more fun! That way you could slide around" She laughed, picturing Uruu sliding in the mud.
"You're on!" She exclaimed and raced away on her nimble hooves.
(Oh that is awesome,
Uruu laughed along with Awentia, and from experience she knew this was true: grass could get very slippery! Before she could blink, Awentia was running off, and with a bleat Uruu sped after her. "Hey, I was gonna count to three!" Uruu called after the other doe with a laugh.
Her fully developed legs kicked off of the earth strongly, and although she moved fast she barely made any noise. Grinning, she cleared a log and zig-zagged between thick birch tree trunks. Terrified squirrels darted out of the way and scaled nearby trees where they proceeded to chitter angrily at her.
Ah, to run... It made her feel so alive! As she was beginning to catch up to Awentia, Uruu felt a cold droplet of water hit her nose, and soon felt more upon her back and forehead. Before long, a light torrent of rain was coming down from the trees' canopy.
Laughing in delight, Uruu soon caught up with Awentia's stride. She found herself admiring just how fast the other doe was; she had found her match! Uruu was having so much fun, she failed to feel the presence of another deer observing from the shadows.
Awentia threw her head back
"I don't wait!" She called over her shoulder. The doe tried hard to be a stride ahead of Uruu. But she was sure fast!
The blue and white doe soared over a fallen log, weaved around trees with ease, and bull-dozed through the long grass. She was an expert and dodging obstacles before she was to late. All of a sudden a flat rock appeared out of nowhere, but Awentia was quick to make a mighty leap over it.She chuckled and looked with surprise to find Uruu matching her stride. She flashed a smile and continued to weave her way around the forest.
Uruu had laughed at Awentia's
A sound of distant thunder rumbled somewhere far off, and the fur on her back began to stiffen. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning crashed over that endless horizon, illuminating the inky blackness like a torch. And within that light, briefly but for seemed to last an eternity, she saw Him. The enormous, dark and silent stag that appeared before her on the night of her birth. The night her mother died...
Almost as quickly as it came, the lightning and the stag were gone, and the world around her slowly came into focus. The shadows slithered back to their corners, the light from the sun now filtering in through the sheet of rain. Uruu shuddered...she was suddenly cold. She could now see Awentia just breach the crest of a small hill up ahead, and it was then that Uruu found her voice. She bellowed and stumbled forward, legs quaking as if she were bathed in ice water. It took all of her remaining strength to stop herself from fainting.
Why...why do you do this to me?
(Ahhh, dramatic! XD This particular stag has been haunting her since she saw him on the night she was born. She cannot make out his features, but she has heard his voice on one occasion. She does not know if he is real, an illusion or a spirit, or even if he means to harm her. It's a mysteryyy~ D8)
Awentia proceeded to
Ha! She was winning! Her dee blue gaze could see the pond in the distance. The doe looked over her shoulder to see how far Uruu was. When she could'nt see no one at all.Awentia skidded to a dusty stop and tilted her head.
Mabye she was way far behind,Awentia would let her catch up.But no doe was appearing.
"Ah...Uruu?"
She started to bound towards where she estimated might be,and found her shakily trying to get up to her feet.
"Uruu! Om my what happend!?"
She asked franticly, afraid she might have been to fast.

"I...I am alright. I'm sorry, I... I saw..." Uruu started to explain, but then cut herself off and bit her lip. No...don't tell her what happened. She will not understand. She'll think you're crazy! "I...I slipped. The grass is very slick...that's what I get for being too hasty, I guess," she stammered with a sheepish smile. Her cheeks were pink with embarrassment, and she hanged her head slightly.
"I'm so sorry I worried you. This is a terrible way to be reunited... But, I'm fine now. Thank you for coming back," Uruu continued softly, looking up into Awentia's wide eyes. With a small sigh, the doe straightened herself up and planted her feet, steadying her body, and offered a smile as she gently nudged Awentia's cheek. "Let's not let the rain stop us. It's a beautiful day... Would you still like to see the Pond? We are very close, after all," she added light-heartedly, rearing up slightly to prove that she still had plenty of energy left in her.
Eep...! Thanks ocean, you
Welcome! ^^ It happens
That's interesting, because I
pfff I totally forgot to
(Ahh,forgot the mention that
The blue does face was framed with concern, from the look in Uruus eyes, she suspected something more had been going on.But what? Did she encounter someone while Awentia was ahead that scared her? Or did she really just trip? She noticed how emabaressed Uruu looked and gave her a reasurring nuzzle.Of course, she knew how it felt to be totally emabressed.
"The rain slicked grass makes every deer clumsy I bet.If you tripped i'm bound to do the same! Ah,and don't worry about that, you are welcome" She remarked, trying to cheer the doe up.
"Yes,yes. But should we take it slower? I don't any twisted ankles on both of us!"
@ Samael ~ Haha, thank you so
(Eep, thank you so much, hon! I am so glad that you find it interesting; I do hope I can unravel her life through more RPs! ^_^)
Her cheeks still burning with embarrassment, Uruu gladly welcomed the nuzzle and felt instantly comforted. She desperately wished she could tell Awentia of the apparition that has appeared before her...but she also did not wish to. Who knows how her friend would react to such a ludicrous claim? Surely, Awentia would accuse her of getting into some bad mushrooms!
However, Awentia's comment soon brought the smile back to her face, and she chuckled light-heartedly. "Well now, that's certainly a relief! Although, I doubt you slip as often as I do; you practically soar like a bird when you run," she replied playfully, holding her head up high and wagging her tail.
She laughed again at Awentia's remark, nodding her head. "Oh, yes, that is a very good idea! But for now, let's call us even on that race and have a rematch in the near future," Uruu replied with a grin as she began to trot onward, keeping pace with her friend.
