Help, anyone know what this is?

Hey, I know this isn't TEF related, but I really want to figure out what this is.
I have one myself, I got from a yard sale a few years ago, and no idea what is it.

It's a long cord with little triangle cushions and beads. All different colors and patters. And a brass-colored bell at the end.

Ideas?

I've seen a few around,

I've seen a few around, mainly with triangle birds made out of the cushions. I asked my mother, and she said it's just a decorative wall-hanging of some sort, probably with no function other than to brighten or pretty-up a room ^^

I wounder if they ever have a 'name' or are they just 'those things were hang around to make the room look better' thing. lol

It would be nice if it had a name. I shall look closely next time, to if I see one in any of the stores I go to has a name along with the price. If it does, I'll be sure to tell you
