Is there a special date when the Halloween party is?

IF abio party are on the 31 Oct I think I will miss it, I am away then, well, maybe I can borrow my cousins computer, and download tef there, but not sure. Hmmh, well, If I miss it, it's bad, but.. yeah, sometimes:
