Jergens - (Deer open, Human open)
Faith - (Deer open, Human open)
"And no crying when I leave, okay? None of that. I don't want to be the reason for Sithers to come home to a sobbing boyfriend. Got it? We cool?" he reached into the hood of his shirt and pulled out his often used tin mug. He took Cry's free hand and let it wrap around it. "Stole this a while back... Can't remember wherem though. Just take it as a sort of reminder. I'll get myself another one." he grinned and leaned forward to press his lips against his friend for life's... his brother's forehead, gently prying away his hand as he did so.
"Headin' off now. If there's anything I hate, it's long goodbyes." he chuckled and started out the door.
Jergens would indeed see him again, but of course, that would be until well after Sithers came back.
((Lame ending is lame x3;; ))
"Hey! Walk faster or there won't be any rain to get out of!" he called to it, a silly grin on his face. After all, the rain was beginning to let up.
Jergens didn't bother to get up off his side. Frankly, he was perfectly comfortable were he was, so why worry? He did hear the stag speak though. Hell, his hearing had always been top-notch.
"Hey man, just because I'm hangin' with yer mom dosen't mean that I'm gonna attack her or anything. Chill, take a happy pill and settle down." he chuckled and raised his right front hoof in the air.
"I'd offer a handshake... But we can't do that, can we? Ah well..."
"Dammit... I really wish that these stupid things could just rip off one of these day..." he grumbled to himself.
Ugh...
His voice was upset, but he managed to lace in some psuedo cheerfulness into it. "Don;t call me 'sir', Cry. Jeebas... I'm not that old..." he chuckled bitterly and rested his head on the other's white legs, letting his face bury itself into his chest fur.
"I can't find my partner..." Jergens finally mumbled, his voice muffled underneath all of Cry's fur. If there was one term that he hated using in this silly afterlife, it was 'mate'. It just sounded so... kinky... really...
Despite his deep funk, he managed a grin. "Ya wanna talk to me about the weather or something to help me get my mind off of him?"
"Ya zonin' out on me, Cry?" Jergens chuckled when it seemed like his friend for life had gone out of the loop to look at the sky. "I wish it would do something other than be sunny. God... I get such a friggen headache when I try to sleep here, damn light..."
"I'm fine. I dont really feel like moving, anyway." it was almost as if he were a parasite feeding off of Cry's warmth.
"I'm feeling better, anyway... Kinda..." he sighed and eased himself even closer, as impossible as that was, practically pushing onto his body.
His ears swiveled around in little circles before pinpointing what the sound belonged to. With a realization, he sighed and plopped his head back down, not really caring about the approaching figure.
A low, soft growling could be heard.
"Gr-r-r-r-r-r-o-o-owww..."
((FFFFF... I just try to keep telling myself that her speech isn't as annoying to write as Carbunkle's x'D Eh, I love her anyway...))
"Aayaee ah hih hoher Herhens! Ah ho hahheh!" she cooed as she scrambed over and bumped Crybaby's side with her wide bill, chittering in delight.
((The funny thing is thats what platypi actually sound like xD))
Olay purred contently and started to climb up Jergens' leg to get to Crybaby's head. Her little brow furrowed in concerntration.
Olay managed to reach Jergens' back, lifting up a webbed foot to to the white deer's face with a sort of longing in her beady eyes, a small whimper lodged itself in the back of her throat.
Jergens was just dozing on and off now, one of his eyes planted open despite how his face was pressed against Cry's chest. It was just a past habit for him to sleep with one eye open. He never did 'sleep' often, that was for sure.
((Uh, lame sorry ;; I think we're drawing to a close to be honest))
((*Hands a tissue* Does it
At this point, Jergens just wanted to get the hell out. All this emotional crap was really starting to get to him. God...
He stayed still, though, finally managing to force his own tears to stop. "Yer gonna stop crying when I actually leave, right? I'd really like to see that classic Cry grin before I hit the road..." he reached down and gingerly held Cry's chin up so that they could meet eye to eye.
"Come on man, lemme see that smile, okay?"
((-grabs tissue, blows in it
He looked up at his hazel eyes, new tears flowing when he listened to his words. But he retained his sobs a bit.
He sniffed once, forcing himself to a weak smile while tears were still flowing... lesser though.
"O-ok..." he stuttered, reluctantly releasing him from his tight grip.
((....Ew o-o;; x3)) Not good
Not good enough, pal
He took his hands away and wrapped them around Cry's face, his thumbs pulling up the corners of his lips, forcing his little brother to actually smile
"When I leave, I want ya to be laughing and waving me adieu. Got it, Cry?" he grinned himself, letting go of his grasp on him.
"Ya've seen me steal. Ya know I can survive by myself. And so I promise, seriously promise that if ever get myself into trouble, I'll come back to ya. Hell, I'll come back sometime just to say hi to Sithers."
