A picture I did for me and my friend, Rip.

The dragon is my character, Smauge (Who was originally a fantroll from Homestuck, he just has a lot of different versions) and the faun is her character, Pyrixi (Another fantroll. loool). I did a different version back before christmas (before I got my tablet) and never finished it. I decided to redo it today and actually finish it.

I'm pretty pleased. I forgot his inner toe though on one foot, so I'm saying it got bitten off when he was hatched by a bigger sibling

It's a breath of fresh air. Not that all our old styles aren't stunning!
It's just so nice to get some variety and yours is certainly one of a kind.

I like the mysterious, dark

I like the mysterious, dark forest setting~ The characters are the main bit and you didn't lavish as much attention on the background, but enough to make it a good complement to them; sometimes, after all, background are the death of a piece. In this case, they are scaled to size and it looks awesome :3

Thanks you guys, I really appreciate it!

And yeah, I admit to not spending time on the BG much. I haven't actually worked on BGs much and have a lot of time drawing inanimate objects, so I tend to rush them whenever I do do them. I've been working on them lately though!
