I want to have a profile picture here, but I'm experiencing some problems. Whenever I add an image and try to save my profile, I get a message that says "Could not move uploaded file." Has anyone else had this issue, and know how to solve it?

Today, I told my friend to check out TEF. She didn't end up liking it, so she deleted it. However, even after deleting the files and the app, it still shows up in her installed apps.
Is this common?
Is there a way to prevent this?
Is this a bug? (With the game or the computer?)
