The forest won't let me on

I can't get on.
Like, nothing will show up when it starts up.
No sound plays either.
The whole landscape will be bare but the action icons will show up.
It also tells me I can't sign in.
I seriously need help.
D:


I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it doesn't help.

The forest file on my computer is corrupted.
It's the reason why I can never connect to the forest anymore.
Does anyone know of a way that I can fix it?

I'm not able to connect to the forest.
I keep getting an error message when I'm connected to the internet and everything.
I also can't hear a single sound even though my computer volume is up at 100 and my game volume is up too. I've uninstalled an reinstalled already and it's not working.
Please, I need some help.


A few Questions

I have a few questions that kinda want to be answered, and thank you to those who answer.

- When I play the game we are supposed to have our pictogram above our heads right? But that's not the case for me, and I don't understand this. Does it show up for other people and you just don't see it?

- Why do I glow when I'm near other deer? What is it supposed to represent?


- Even though I'm a member and registered, my deer can only do a limited amount of things, I can't even stay in different forms when deer cast spells on me. (If I'm supposed, I'm not sure.) Why is that?


I'm new around here and I don't understand much about this game yet, thank you for answering my questions.
